    The service was amazing and the Mariachi serenade was the perfect touch to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! We never told the staff but it worked out perfectly!

    The tables throughout the restaurant are too small. They attempt to seat groups on four at tables for two. Items are stacked up and hanging over the tables. Not a good situation. The service was also poor. Our server took our drink order, brought our drinks, took our dinner order, and we never saw our server again. The kitchen brought out our food. We all needed refill of drinks and water. They brought a small bowl of chips with our appetizer order that was not sufficient for the dip we ordered with no refills. Never checked in with us once. It wasn’t very busy when we were there. Worst service I have experienced in a restaurant in a very long time.

I’m truly sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations, We understand how important it is for our guests to feel comfortable during their meal, and we apologize that our table sizes did not accommodate your group properly. We will certainly take your feedback into consideration! We are very disappointed to learn about the service issues you encountered. It’s unacceptable that you didn’t receive proper attention from your server after placing your order, and I can imagine how frustrating that must have been, especially when you needed drink refills. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and I assure you we will address this with our team immediately. Team El Patio

    Great food and good service. It got crowded a little later around 7:30pm and management staff seemed to get flustered.. wait staff was fine

    This place has delicious octopus tacos! I’ve never had octopus before but it’s a must have here! The service was great and efficient, but didn’t rush us. We’ll be back before we leave to go back to Boston.

    We had a wonderful dinner. Each of us got a different menu item and all were delicious! The service was great and the ambiance was perfect!

    The waitress asked if we were ready to order and my wife asked her if the dinner was 1 or 2 tacos, she replied 2 so my wife ordered the L Pastor and the waitress said great and walked away. I yelled and said I would also like to order. The tacos were 2 for $17. The taco was just meat , no pico, no cheese, no lettuce and tomatoes just meat. After we finished the waitress asked my wife if she wanted dessert and she said no and the waitress walked away never asking me. A hour after we left the restaurant my wife and I were sick in the stomach. So I would seriously think twice before going to El Patio
