Hostess wasn’t pleasant and didn’t want to give us a booth. She claimed the service would be slow at the one available booth. Salads had some wilted lettuce and the onions were dry. Seems like it had been stored for a while. We asked for my daughter’s mini churrasco to be cooked medium. Came out well done and dry. Waiter took it back and came back with another one that was perfect. He then put in the big daddy churrasco my wife and I were sharing. We asked to please tell the cook to make sure it came out medium. When they served it, it was rare to medium rare and it looked pale. I kept the medium rare half and they took the other half back and cooked it some more. It came out medium. Good steakhouses replace the whole steak. Not much of an apology and no manager came out. The churrasco tastes amazing so we will continue to come back, but you just have to tolerate the Hispanic customer service.

Have been here many times, however, the food last night was not of the same caliber as we have experienced. Chicken in white sauce was not very tender. Baby Churrasco was cooked correctly, but lacked flavor. It was good, but not as on prior visits. Service was excellent. I hope this was a one off...

The restaurant was not full, and we were directed to a table next to the fountain that is very noisy. The salad was soggy and the lettuce did not look fresh. Drinks choices were terrible, and the ice tea tasted horrible. The chair where I sat was hollow. I selected the Bird Road location because it was the best, but it is run down. It's a shame.
