    WOW—what a special place to celebrate a momentous occasion. Views are spectacular. Food was superb—flavors, choices, presentation. The wine list offered several excellent bottles. We were exceptionally pleased at every turn—especially when the head chef came to ask us about our meal and he knew what I ordered and asked a specific question about one of the accompaniments. What a pleasure to dine here!

    We booked, drove all the way there and the gate was locked. The next night, we stupidly tried again, but tried to access from a different road (thinking that we may have been at the wrong place) and the restaurant was completely empty, despite them offering reservations, showing up as open on google, apple maps, yelp, etc. If you’re going to close for the season, change your hours! It’s rude and lazy to just let people find out once they arrive. Messed up our plans two nights in a row (admittedly, our optimism regarding the second attempt was partly our fault, too, but we really wanted to try eating here).

    Good view and great food. But, the wait person did not come to take our desert order for a long time >15 minutes after he brought the desert menu. We asked for the check instead of any dessert. After the dinner, we sat and watched the full moon rising and the sun setting.

    We had to drive uphill on a dirt road for about 0.5 mile, so were a little hesitant about our choice, but glad that we were wrong! Loved every aspect of this place, the view, the food and the service, they were awesome! We were seated in the indoor area right by the windows, so we still got to enjoy the view without being outdoor. We ordered the cold tomato soup as the appetizer, it tasted very refreshing. For main, we ordered the shrimps and sea bass (catch of the day). The sea bass was great but the shrimps were AMAZING. There were 5 big shrimps for ~36USD, which was great value. The shrimps were super tasty, the green sauce on the side (not sure what it was, it's sweet and hot at the same time) further enhanced the flavor. We ordered the date cake for dessert, also tasted great. The restaurant also had great service. The bathroom was clean and looked nice.

    Menú con poca variedad, platillos de excelente calidad y sabor !! Si acudes a ver el sunset - el cual se ve increíble - y eres sensible al frío hay q realizar la visita con alguna prenda abrigadora, fue una agardable experiencia.

    I wonder if they got a new Chef....because I eat there every year and this time was OUTRAGEOUS. The Sea Bass was thick , juicy, and cooked to perfection. The smoked tuna tartare was fantastic, the salads were spot on AWESOME. My steak was seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly to temp. I actually gave the chef a fist bump on my way out and told him "You knocked it out of the park buddy. Keep doing what your doing."

    The view is spectacular. Aside from the host and bartender, the service is meh at best. We got a double flat coming up the hill, and it was difficult to try to find help in a Sunday. They were nice enough to call a taxi. However, one of the hotel staff knew a friend of a friend. He came up changed 3 of our tires (the spare was shot too, thanks Hertz!). For that service alone they get my 5 starts.

    Very nice location and atmosphere on top of hill to watch set set. Food surprisingly better than expected as too often places like this would be some kind of tourist trap in terms of food. All good, all in their favor.
