We create a custom dining experience by offering both appetizers and main course preparations using your freshly caught fish. From ceviche and fish fingers to grilled fillets, garlic butter, or Caribbean-style sauces, we adapt to your preferences while showcasing the bold, coastal flavors El Manglar is known for. With every main course, you may choose two sides from the following options: Mashed potatoes Mixed vegetables Green salad White rice French fries We recommend enjoying your catch with a refreshing cocktail or one of our signature chili piña shots for the full Manglar experience. How It Works: To ensure the best quality and presentation, we kindly ask that you: Book in advance, especially during high season or for groups. Bring your cleaned fish at least a few hours before your meal time so our kitchen has time to properly process, portion, and prepare the dishes with care. Our kitchen team will assess the fish and help determine the best preparation methods based on its freshness, size, and your preferences. All dishes are made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients—and, of course, your personal catch takes center stage.
