The hostess was rude and couldn't find our reservation. She almost gave our table way. The food is nothing to brag about. I would never eat there again.

Food terrible. Fish tacos were tough & dry. Could not eat. Husband had steakburger. Bun fell apart like old stale bread. Sever never came back until we asked for ck.

Hard to find restaurant in the basement tunnel, slow service, few options and very pricey. Add $30 for parking and definitely not worth it.

Our first server was excellent but left after taking our order. His replacement never offered any drinks or refills on our water. She obviously needs more training. The staff were, for the most part, very friendly. When first sat down, there was one other table with 3 customers but the music volume was too high to carry on any sort of conversation. We had to ask our server for a repeat of everything said. Prices are much higher than normal. $10.00 for a bottle of beer without a glass is ridiculous.

The food was disgusting. The service was nonexistent. When complaining to management about the terrible experience, he was rude and obnoxious, and told us to keep walking.

The food has absolutely no flavor. Very bland. No one likes their meal. Very pricey. Guacamole and salsa were good. Service was good. We won’t go back

The food was good however it’s an extra charge for chips, no substitutions are allowed. For instance, it’s 3 enchiladas of ONE kind, we asked for music to be turned down and they said couldn’t do it. Seemed all questions we asked the answer was no, however the cheese enchiladas and fish tacos were good and drinks were good.
