The new Spanish restaurant located in the luxury hotel Gran Evenia Panama will take you on a sensory journey with your senses that plays with perceptions like the genius that gives it its name. Spanish and Catalan gastronomy in fusion with touches of Creole cuisine in a garden inspired by the architecture of the Catalan genius Antoni Gaudí.
You can start your evening with the typical Catalan appetizer with bread with tomato and fuet and then taste the best of Spanish cuisine with an excellent rice with lobster or Catalan, with the typical fideuá. Of course there is a wide range of fresh meats and fish, as well as salads, tartar, croquettes, ceviche and many more Spanish and Panamanian dishes.

The food was reasonably good but overpriced, and the service was extremely slow and overcharged us for wine. We got a different wine that we asked for, and they waiter either charged us for 2 bottles or charged for the most expensive wine in the list - which was not what we received. And we did not get the receipt. Definitely not going back.

Todos los platos estaban fríos. A pesar de que el restaurante estaba vacío el servicio fue muy lento. El sabor de la comida estaba muy bien.

Exceptional tapas. Ask for the snack bar menu! We’ll be back on out next trip to Panama City. We shared 8 tapas dishes and had two glasses of Cava (sparkling rose) for under $70. before tax and tip. My wife thought it better than the very good tapas she’s had in Spain. For reference, I do very few comments on here.

La atención es muy lenta y poco personal al la comida un poco fría pero deliciosa ambiente perfecto una violinista maravillosa, los meseros demoraban mucho en llevar lo que se le pedía y se les olvidaba Necesitan ser más rápidos y más atento a lo que se le pide en amabilidad buenos

This restaurant is very welcoming...with a cool garden vibe decor, nice laid out dining room...I've been twice during my holiday..both lunch and dinner time food was very good, service attentive...staff knew some English so that was a plus My three course dinner date of ceviche...delicious, chicken with grilled vegetables and mash...very tasty and my dessert of Cointreau strawberries with vanilla ice-cream...very refreshing This restaurant is located in a five star hotel, you would think it will be quite expensive, but to my surprise really affordable with clean fresh ingredients well prepared and spiced to perfection, I couldn't believe the value of this dining establishment...all but one item is under $30 and that item is $32.00...drinks/cocktails again value and well priced My lunch date was also good, it was excellent meal preparation and service of crispy chicken salad and beef and chicken kebabs with grilled vegetables. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food, good service, excellent value and beautiful decor experience.

Me gustó mucho el ambiente, decorado con plantas, techo alto, hermosa lámpara de madera, da la sensación de estar afuera sin estar tan afuera, aunque también tenían la terraza completamente al aire libre. El menú es variado, pedimos la paella marinera que estuvo muy rica. Los postres deliciosos, probamos la copa de Gaudí y la crema catalana. Muy amables y atentos los meseros. Como fuimos para San Valentín nuestra mesa estaba decorada con una rosa hermosa, me gustó el detalle.
