About this restaurant

What began as a dream—one person smoking meats in their backyard and selling barbecue on weekends—has grown into El Holandés Errante BBQ. We’re a smoked-barbecue restaurant built on Texas-style foundations, blending them with a variety of cuisines through rotating menus, aside from our traditional BBQ menu.

We smoke our meats in 100 % wood-fired offset smokers, working up to 14 hours to deliver the best brisket, pulled pork, ribs, pork belly, and more—sold by weight so you can build your own plates or trays just the way you like them. We also offer burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and sides, all made in-house by a talented and dedicated team. We use only USDA Upper Choice or Prime beef for our barbecue, US Pork as well. We also offer quality local craft beers and cocktails.
