Service was awful. We saw many tables come in after us who got drinks, food, and checks before we even got a chance to order our food. The restaurant was not outrageously busy yet we were there for 90m before we finally got food at our table.

I was throughly disappointed going here. The food we ordered was awful. I would not recommend the chicken tinga quesadilla they were the worst thing I’ve eaten in a while. Plus they add gratuity even though the service was terrible and the even charged us a venue fee. I would not recommend

Club that serves Mexican food. The brisket burger was delicious. They include a 22% tip in your bill automatically for a party of 2. Whether or not the service is good or poor, you still pay 22%. There is also a 4% “venue” tax. Then you also pay tax on the whole bill. Summary Good food Good service Automatic 26% tax on your bill plus the regular sales tax making it roughly 36% of your bill.

The food was amazing and the drinks were even better! The vibe of then entire place was very energetic! This is definitely a great place to hang out with friends, meet up with co-workers for happy hour or even take clients out for a night on the town!

We ordered the queso and it came with maybe 12 chips. We asked for more and they said they would bring them out. 15 minutes later we asked again and they said “oh yeah, you didn’t have many chips, they are making more” … 10 minutes later, still no chips. Then they said “we aren’t making any more chips tonight.” … 20 minutes later, the 2 tables around us were eating CHIPS and salsa. (Eyeroll)… and they still charged us for the queso and CHIPS… we had 3/4 of the queso leftover. Also, they don’t care about service as they charge an automatic fee percentage. Waitress sat talking to her friend at the bar the whole time.

Restaurant by day, nightclub in the nightclub district at night. I haven’t dined in a nightclub before but I do recommend El Hefe for a unique experience and excellent food.

The food was decent, but the restaurant was SO LOUD we could not hear each other sitting hip to hip. Our reservation was at 730, hoping to avoid some of the “club” atmosphere that comes later in the evening, but dinner ended up taking over 2 hours and was an uncomfortable experience.

A great place to drink and dance. Avoid eating here. We had a large party and half the table got their food 45 minutes before the other half. The bartender kept making the wrong drinks. The server tried her best, but there was no organization. Would only return for a drink.

We arrived for dinner reservations, the server took our order and only half the people received their food before they started pushing us out to make room for the “club” bottle service. The server said she told us the kitchen was closed, but literally she took all of our orders and not one of the 10 people at our table heard her say the kitchen was closed. It was 7:30pm when we arrived for our reservation and we ordered as soon as she was ready to take our order. It was the worst service and experience ever.

This is not a dinner place, it’s basically a club that serves tiny tacos. We did not receive all of the apps we ordered. Our almost naked waitress was way more interested in serving her male customers. I would not recommend

No hostess or waiters to help. Had to fight for our own table in a club atmosphere & wait our turn to order at a VERY busy bar. Also was told that the kitchen closes 15 minutes after we arrived so we had to place our order in a very big rush. Definitely not a restaurant.

Booked a reservation thinking we'd need one but we didn't, it was not very busy. We checked in and was directed to a booth area, after waiting more than a good amount of time for a server or even eye contact we finally went to the bar to eat. The bartender was attentive, friendly and seemed to be managing. I had a chicken and veggie taco both were cold or luke warm, if that's how they are supposed to be then that's okay. It's a loud atmosphere so no room for a good conversation. DJ playing and large TV screens. Decor was great. Staff we interacted with was friendly

Horrified. Nothing about these photos clued me in to the fact that I was taking my family to a place where servers were in bras and thongs. There was an entire paper straw sleeve in one of our waters and the food was subpar.

It was so loud, we couldn’t have a Conversation without shouting. We ordered a margarita and a Cosmo. Neither were amazing. Chips and guac was OK but we cashed out before ordering dinner. I felt like I was in Cancun in the party zone.
