El Encanto is the latest restaurant to join Carillon Point, from the group that brought you Cantinetta and COMO. Enjoy Chef Gabriel's elevated Mexican menu featuring recipes passed down through generations. We offer two semi private dining tables that come with their own patio (weather permitting), available to book via email. Expansive outdoor dining and lounges overlook Lake Washington, which will be on a first come, first served basis. Come enjoy the gorgeous PNW with us, a margarita and your new favorite Mexican dishes!

              Very underwhelming, i'm sure it was a one time thing that they were short staffed or the server was maybe fairly new but it was not up to par with expectations set up with prior reviews. Food was good and portions were a but not there with the price. Guacamole was really good and steak was good too.

              Dinner was superb with seamless service and comfortable pace to dine . The food was exquisite . My carne asada was like savoring a filet mignon steak rather than the typical carne asada . Shrimp tacos were delicious! The view is unbeatable as well . My suggestion is to run , don’t walk to this heavenly dining experience!

              Our food was outstanding. We began with the house made Guacamole served on top of a crispy tortilla, for dinner we had pastor pork street tacos and chicken street tacos Both came out of the oven hot with a with a bowl of rice and beans. Dessert was great with a ice cream sandwich cookie made from churro the ice cream was caramel gelato. The other dessert was a caramel flan topped with srawberries. Service was good despite how busy the restaurant was. Noise level was bad but we lucked out and got a table out on the deck where we were entertaining by a blue heron!!

              Nice ambiance and view, but extremely noisy to the point of being hard to have conversations. Food was just so-so, especially for the price, but the service was excellent.

              We loved the view, and pork belly tacos are amazing, and stuff were friendly. Service was too slow lthough, even cafe was half empty.

              We got their Taco board where you get 14 tacos, in orders of 2. so we got 4 of their chicken, 4 of the short rib, 2 of the al pastor , 2 shrimp, and 2 mahi mahi. they were sooooo good. came with rice and beans, and the rice was delicious. I"m not a beans guy, so I didn't eat that. the service was great, and the restaurant views are amazing. well worth the money.

              Pedro is amazing! We were celebrating our daughter’s 21st Bday, he made it super special and very fun! Food is always amazing and atmosphere as well!

              Service was decent, waiter barely took our order and didn’t see him again, wanted to order more food and drinks but he wasn’t seen
