   I like the place but it’s just okay. We went for a birthday and they didn’t give a complimentary dessert, and they also forgot about an app that came really late but still charged for it. The food overall was just okay, lacks a bit of flavor but the location and ambiance are great.

   Great for a sunny afternoon. Guacamole with the corn was good! The tacos came out on a large bowl, I think we would have preferred personal rice and beans.

   I've been to El Encanto twice and both times had a great experience! My favorite part of my first visit was our waiter, Hugo. He is phenomenal and made the entire meal a fun experience. When he briefly stopped by our table during the 2nd visit, it reminded me just how great he is! Thank you Hugo!

   Server was VERY rushed. The view was beautiful, food was great but service was 6/10

   Little disappointed with the service from the kitchen. My daughter found a hair in her sopa marinara and the waiter said it will be remade. I think they forgot about her because she was still waiting for her food when we had already finished. Everyone else was very attentive.

   The food was so good and with a wonderful view of Lake Washington. Everyone in our group enjoyed the food. Service was great too. The place was pretty full but I never had a problem hearing people at my table. I would definitely go back!
