   El Dorado Kitchen never disappoints! Our dinner from the service to our entrees was exceptional from the truffle fries to the vanilla crème brûlée. Both the Salmon and the Filet Mignon were prepared just how requested and were absolutely delicious. Both dishes were updated for their Spring menu. Our server Jordon made our evening extra special by being personable and accommodating. (our special requests due to allergy and dietary concerns) We will be back again!

   Tucked away in the El Dorado Hotel is a hidden gem, the El Dorado Kitchen, which was a great spot for a Friday evening dinner with friends. The food was excellent, with the highlights being the Dungeness Crab Salad and the Scallops Entree. The Lamb Bolognese was also very good. The atmosphere is vibrant, with a relatively high noise level, but nothing that took away from our dining experience. Armando was attentive, and provided great service on a very busy Friday evening. All in all, a great dining experience and a place we will definitely return to. Highly recommend.

   We love EDK sat outside wasn’t crowded around 7. We had one cocktail each party of 4 but took along time to get drinks. Restaurant was busy inside. Ordered food after drinks came but again there was a long wait our waiter kept thanking us for our patience. When the food arrived only 3 of us got our dinners unfortunately I was the one who had to wait again. Food was good and was at the proper temperature when served. I think our waiter probably had a lot of tables inside to take care of. I would definetly come back but management needs to figure out the indoor outdoor staff.

   We are local and have been going to EDK for over the decade. The food has always been solid but there have periods there the service (from the front host to the servers) have not been good. I am pleased to report that the service on this occasion was excellent throughout. The potato leak soup and shrimp tacos (which I ordered grilled, not fried) was very solid. Highly recommende.

    We celebrated our small anniversary at this place yesterday—— and we loved our experience so much!!!! Starting from the moment we arrived with a warm greetings and giving us a very cozy spot!!!! Our waiter (sorry didn’t catch his name) was just fantastic and very attentive to us!!!! We appreciate him so much:))) The food is absolutely delicious— my husband got seafood ravioli and I got paella—- o my goodness—- perfect portions and nicely presented!!!! Recommend 100% to try!!!! Place is a little bit noisy but it kind of style family dinner atmosphere!! Next time we visit wine country we definitely will come back!!!!!
