A few more Vegan options would be Aahsum! We enjoyed eating outdoors.
It was our anniversary, and they took care of us. Have a wonderful evening.
Lovely oysters, great cod dish and nice beet salad! Great creme brûlée and coffee!
We had a lovely lunch at the El Dorado yesterday. The food was delicious and the service superb!
We have been to this location several times over the past years, but this visit was the first in the last three years. The salad was very flavorful, but the main courses were over-cooked. We wanted to love this place as we have in the past, but it seemed the location was rushed and turning the tables over was more important than providing the type of value they have been known for in the past. I hope the location returns to their roots as we would like to come back again.
The food was amazingly perfect! One of our new favorite dinner spots in wine country!
Always love eating here. The food was great and the atmosphere very relaxing.
We had a wonderful dinner. Enjoyed the food atmosphere and had a fun waiter
We ate in the inside courtyard which was very pleasant. The wait person was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu which had something for everyone’s palate. The food was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We definitely will return
Service was perfect, made us feel relaxed. The Paella is as good any anywhere, including overseas.
The food was good, but not great. The patio was very nice. I was just disappointed in the atmosphere. A little too high end. I have paid more and had better food in a more comfortable atmosphere.
The chopped salad was disappointing. It was a very small portion with hardly anything in it! It was definitely not worthy of being called a chopped salad.
Great food. Thanks!
Unfortunately the Ahi Tuna Poke wasn’t nearly as good as previously and too Spicy. We had to ask for our check and for them to pick up our cards.
Lovely evening. Food was solid. The service was kinda slow given how busy things were. Felt pretty pricey but then we haven't eaten out in a long time!
We asked to sit inside because we assumed it would be too hot to dine outdoors, even though our res was at 7:15, June 15th.
We were seated somewhat close to the kitchen. The head cook was quite loud and seemingly in command of his kitchen. However, what started off as an almost funny rendition of Gordon Ramsay, lost it's appeal after about 20 minutes the yelling at the kitchen staff became a bit of a distraction. All in all, it wasn't too bad and we mostly tuned it out and enjoyed our meal.
The food was quite good. I had the paella and my wife had the salmon for our entree's and started with the roasted asparagus - All were delicious and presented very well.
For a cocktail, I had the blackberry (or raspberry) mule. When I go back, I'd like to try something else.
I wish they would allow pets in the outdoor area like most of the restaurants we've been to. If they did that, we may come more often. We love that fact that in Europe, well behaved pets are allowed inside just about every restaurant we've been to, especially Paris.
Really nice. Really liked our sever, John.
We sat outside and had an absolutely lovely meal. The service was amazing (thoughtful, attentive, but not over bearing). Two of us had the asparagus starter, which was fantastic. Our table ordered the salmon and the risotto and both were very good. All hits, no misses!
The food and service were impeccable. Our waiter, Giorgio, was knowledgeable, witty, and simply the best. The food was equally good.
Lovely patio area, still a go to spot for casual quality dining.
Duff was delightful!! Food was delicious. So much we took some home to go.
Food was good as always but was hoping for a change in menu. Menu has been the same for quite some time. I was looking forward to the cabana's outside but the outside patio has been redone. Understand you need more spaces due to Covid but loved that atmosphere.
Fantastic as always; incredible Paella, the fries are to die for and the ambiance and service were impeccable. Eat on the back patio - so romantic especially at night
Mike, our server, was outstanding! We will definitely come back.
Great time. Food was excellent and pace was perfect -never rushed.
Delicious food, great service, reservation recommended, popular spot with hectic walk up lines. Nice sidewalk setting, lots of foot traffic.
Outdoor dining on patio, under a shade structure was ideal. Lovely
I eat here at least twice a month. I am always greeted by name, the wait staff know me and my cocktail preference (French 75). I enjoy the food, mostly sticking to steak and fries (their fries are excellent!). I like the decor.
We love the El Dorado Kitchen. Food is always fabulous! Salmon is one of my favorite. Followed by delicious espresso martini!
Birthday celebration for a girlfriend. Love the courtyard fig tree, love the truffle fries,
Food came faster than a beverage. The second beverage arrived when we were almost finished. Waitress volunteered there was only one bartender. I have been coming to EDK for 15 years but the food and the service now are lacking. A few items seem to have survived the changes in the kitchen and the front house but it is not the quality I have come to expect! I am so disappointed.
The food is just ok it now it used to be very good and interesting. Someone needs to pay attention!
Claudia was great and took the best care of us and made sure to get our meal expedited so that we could make it to our 1st wine tasting on-time. Great brunch!
Second time in a row that we’re completely underwhelmed by the food. This place could be, should be, one of the better restaurants in Sonoma. Sadly, it’s just overpriced “bleh” food.
The waiter was overwhelmed with too many tables in his section. I had to ask for everything I needed as he never came over to ask me how I was doing/what I needed. When my entree was served, it was cold.
If I’m ordering a $30+ entree, the service shouldn’t be so poor. I was highly disappointed. Poor operational management.
It was our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was very nice. The best part was the steak au jus.
Love the patio under the fig tree. Even with no Covid restrictions we always choose to sit there. Corn chowder tasted like summer. Carpaccio is divine
Service was slow, food was cold and like it had been sitting out a while. The restaurant was slow however we waited for a very long time time for everything. The server would offer to bring things but not follow through
Waitress was amazing. Had a great gluten free meal.
Good value for our money, prepared meals were quite tasty and service was enthusiastic if a bit slow on occasion. Appetizer came without a serving utensil or plates to use for sharing. Presentation also a bit pedestrian.
We would however eat there again without hesitation
