Food was fresh, but margaritas need improvement.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and plan to do so next year as well.
Always spot on with everything! Food, service, atmosphere always top-notch! The best part is the organic non-gmo items! We love this place!
The service was outstanding. Everyone, including the hostess, bartender, manager and our server, Danielle, couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive.
The food was delicious! The Imperial Shrimp was 😍!
We will definitely be back!!
Without a doubt ... the BEST Mexican Restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada! And I continually recommend this Restaurant to friends and business associates.
I had reservation for 5 pm. Dining room was completely empty. We arrived and were told our table was being set up. We had no place to sit. Not given a place to stand or suggest the bar. At 5:20pm we were asked to follow to the back where our table was half booth with chairs on the other side. There wasn’t enough room for all of us so we asked for another table. He brings a big round one to connect to the square.l said this wouldn’t work and it’s awkward. The waiter had an attitude with me the rest of the time. We asked if the table across (which was set up for the number of people we had) was for us and we were possibly sat at the wrong table. He said, let me tell you something. That table is for a reservation. 4 of us then said We made a reservation. He said ohhh, ok. I make you happy and laugh and he kept pointing to me as though I was being difficult. Mind you the dining room was empty and a square extension is a very quick response. We got the table and he said you happy? I said yes, thank you. Now no one is in the restaurant and we’re crowded in the back and there’s a wedding reception table who’s taking photographs and cutting cake etc...
The waiter starts saying his suggestions of margaritas from his country and people don’t know tequila and tries to talk me into buying pitchers of margaritas. We have no drink menus in front of us. We don’t even know what they have. He said ohh. Much cheaper if you buy the pitcher. I said how much is a pitcher? He said $70! What!!?? Then I asked for a drink menu which someone else brought because he said he’d come back. The margaritas were $15 a piece so we ordered separate drinks. There was no savings.
We quickly went through all the chips and salsa and no one came back. The waiter never checked to make sure we were ok. He messed up 2 orders and blamed me for his mistake. He wasn’t funny. The food was very bland and we were not treated well. This was my daughters birthday. We came to drink and eat and celebrate.
We loved the food! Delicious and superb service as well.
Everything was amazing !! Our waitress Veronica was super nice and very attentive. Food was amazing and freash and totally clean (GMO FREE) . Just was alittle too dark but that’s livable.
Amazing food! Great restaurant!
Food very low quality, love Mexican food but this is not close, this is cheap, mass produced food , not something to be served in a restaurant. I communicated to the waiter I wanted tequila on rocks without the sugary lime juice and I got exactly what i did not ask for. When I was asked how my drink was and told the waiter I know this drink is made with sugary lime juice he didn’t deny it. I can understand as a waiter you can not control the quality of the food in the kitchen but when I ask for tequila on rocks then this shouldn’t be a problem.
As always, the food at El Dorado was amazing! I do have to take a few points off for the lack of great drinks.
We came at 11PM so it was not crowded. The food was good but the carnitas in my lettuce wrap were salty. Others felt their food was salty as well. I loved the rice, the chips were good. The prices are a bit higher than other Mexican, tex Mex resturants in Vegas.
Did not honor happy hour prices. Gave a small discount to "rectify" issues. Ended up costing us at least $20 more than we expected.
We went to celebrate husband bday. We loved the place it was service and food.
Had a great time! Food was wonderful and margaritas were great. Emily, our server, made the table-side guacamole - we were scraping the bowl. Definitely will return....................
We had the best time, enjoyed our meeting space, enjoyed our server. Very Hospitable.
Not what I expected. Played top 40 instead of any mexican music
El Dorado Cantina is amazing. The quality and taste of their food is refreshing, and the ingredients they use are fresh and actually have a taste. Their food is absolutely worth the price and they already deliver amazing service.
We had reservations at 7, our drink order was taken and drinks delivered right away. Our dinner order wasn’t taken until almost 8. Our food didn’t come out until almost 9. We didn’t see our waiter for over 30 minutes after our food was delivered.
The food was wonderful , I just wish someone had warned us about the adjoining strip club. we almost drove away because we didn’t realize they were separate establishments! The only reason I can’t rate it 5 stars is the strip club right next to it, definitely ruins some of the ambience.
Jessica was our server, and she was AWESOME! We went here two nights in a row - it was completely worth it!
Our dinner was so good as always.
Our waiter was super nice and was very energetic and recommended a lot of stuff to us which was nice.
He was very attentive and made us feel very welcome.
A++++++++ for customer service and food quality.
The nachos there are the best. It is so big and just delicious. I have had their fajitas and that is so good as well. The portabello fajita is the best i have had.
Thanks for being my go to place.
Amazing food and service I highly recommend the torta de milanesa
It's a really awesome restaurant!!
Drink, food...everything is great.
We really enjoued.
Had to wait forever for food and it came out cold. Didn't want to have to wait for them to heat it up and return it. Food was just ok. Way overpriced. And takes forvever - was there for 2 hours and it wasn't even that busy. Probably won't ever go back again.
Great mexican place off the strip. Food is very fresh and delicious. Recommend the tableside guacamole! Very nice place for dinner.
excellent customer service, manager and server were nice, but food sucked! waste of money and time in vegas. it’s totally overrated!!! i went because of the “amazing reviews”... if you time is limited in vegas, you visit is already planned day by day and meal by meal (as i did), don’t go there....
Food was delicious! But did not like the location - right next to a strip club.
Glad they are opening a second location.
Wish it was on the strip!
I was super excited to eat here, we started with the chips and salsa. We got the salsa but had to wait on fresh chips which we weren’t mad about. Then we ordered and got the table size guacamole and shrimp To Quito’s was good. But after that everything was down hill. My mom ordered lettuce wraps, the chicken was dry and cold. My dad order the quesadilla with the chicken and said the same thing. My sister order the Al pastor tacos and didn’t eat but a bite. She said the same thing. I ordered the Filet mignon tacos and it was greasy and dry and Luke warm as if the meat was already cooked and just rewarmed up which is what I started to think about everyone’s food. For the prices we were expecting more for our money.
We set up reservations for our daughters 21st birthday here. They have us a private boot he in the back as requested and the service was great. We did have a few platters that came out very late after everyone’s else and a couple of things wrong with the orders but the great servers took care of it right away. The food was EXCELLENT as always Organic ingredients and fresh as can be. We will defiantly come back every time in Vegas. We highly recommend this place
We’ve been there several times before but this time was just disappointing. It doesn’t mean I won’t be back but tonight was off
Excellent bar service & the food was delicious. Second the service was great and the appetizers were to die for. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend!! Will be returning:):) Make sure to have a "Cadillac Margherita..
Our waiter Peter was very attentive and continued to check on us during the whole dinner.
Great food. A little pricey. Service was horrible. Overall experience based on food quality, I would recommend El Dorado.
THE VERY BEST in Mexican food in Las Vegas....Every award, commendation and mention is an understatement to the food.
Staff/team is well oiled and Xavier (GM) looks out for them, empowers and runs a great operation.
Food is good, but very expensive for what it is. Drinks are very expensive too, and not a generous pour. Shouldn't charge for 2nd basket of chips and salsa...especially when table is ordering dinner.
We chose this restaurant because of the unique variety of items on the menu. We started with the Imperial Shrimp which were very good. Then we had a Carnitas Burrito and Carnitas Enchiladas. Obviously we love carnitas, and these were very good. Both were large portions and were lunch the next day. We walked to the restaurant because it was only 2 blocks from our hotel. However, the street that it is on is rather deserted except for the traffic whizzing by. We were a bit uncomfortable with the neighborhood, so taking some form of transportation would be recommended. Otherwise, we loved the food here.
