Food and drinks were good but the special glasses don't come with the drink to take home, which was disappointing.

We had read the reviews and knew going in the service was not going to be the best. But it was actually the worst.
We went for New Year’s Eve with our kids and thought we’d go early before all the crazy.
The waiter was nice but not very present. He took our order after 15 mins of us waiting and then it went down hill from there.
Our appetizers and drinks didn’t arrive for 30 mins after ordering.
They only brought 2 out of 3 apps and one was cold.
They never brought any plate for the apps and we couldn’t find our waiter.
We asked to see manager and he apologized saying he’s going to find out what happens our 3rd appetizer.
Now it’s been an hour and 15 mins.
When the nachos came we asked the waiter to make sure the food comes out soon.
He promised he’d personally take care of it. So we stayed.
We waited another 30 mins and asked about food. He said everything was ready except one dish. We asked to have the other food that’s ready brought out. So we waited some more.
Now 2 hours and 15 mins of being there we had just had 3 appetizers and 2 drinks. No food.
By 10:40pm we got up and decided to let them know we are leaving!
We took our kids to McDonals and called it an end to 2019.

The inside of the place smelled so terrible we had to move outside... serve rice needs improving and the tortilla chips were stale.

Nice artwork though
