Overall, our party of six had a wonderful team. Service was excellent. All steaks were excellent, one person ordered the shrimp fettucine, they said it was luke warm and could have been better.

Had a 2pm reservation yet we were seated at 2:40. When we were finally seated, to my surprise the dining room was almost empty. They were not seating parties because they were tremendously unprepared for a father’s day rush. Mediocre service from the waitstaff. What is unforgiveable at a supposed top notch stakehouse is that a stake ordered medium rare is served well done. Asked for manager, never stopped by. What a shame

They did not stick to our reservation time. Stating that the app should have not allowed to make a reservation. Took us 30 minutes tongetbseated but thatvwas only because we talking to the staff several times.

We went for lunch, it was 5 people and they sat us at a table for 8. We asked to remove the extra chairs and we were more comfortable. The food and service was excellent!

Apparently if you make a reservation online the day of the reservation, it is not respected. Made a reservation on mothers day early in the morning just to be told those are no good, first time experiencing this at a restaurant. We were seated 30 minutes after, food and service was great.

Awesome experience. Arrachera steak is incomparable! Our waiter, Daigoro had us in stitches. Margaritas were $3.00 during happy hour and very tasty. Will definitely return on Thursdays when margaritas are $2.00 during happy hour with live music.

Waited 45 minutes to get seated with a reservation made and asked nicely what the wait was. Got told they were waiting for a party to leave so they can clean a table. We thought it was staffing or busy. Neither seemed to be the issue once we got back there. We were sat at 2 small tables with a party of 8, then the waiter said “let me just pull more tables together” as if we didn’t just wait for 45 minutes due to lack of tables. It was incredibly hot and not sure if the ac wasn’t working but we didn’t want to complain. Then it took a total of 35 minutes to get drinks. We had a toddler with us. Appetizer came out cold after waiting 40 minutes. We ended up asking for the check and then a manager attempted to bargain with us saying they could shift 2 waiters for our table, get our order and food out within 10 minutes. We politely declined. Then it took 15 minutes to get the check. I have never left a bad review and I did tip the waiter regardless of the situation but for the first time in my life, growing up in El Paso, it was hard not to think that our party of 8 white people, had something to do with it. I’ve always enjoyed my experiences here but after this, I will not go back.

Service was mid. He wasn’t bad but he wasn’t great. I came alone and I’ve been in the service industry for 10+ years so I’m pretty lenient when it comes to service. Food was good and well seasoned.
