   So first of all the food was delicious but the service was not the best. Now my party did arrive 15 minutes late and the hosted was very nice and he stated that it wasn’t a problem, that once my party arrived he will prep the table for me. He was very kind and patient with us. Once we sat down, we waiting over an hour and 30 minutes for our food. The waiter was also nice but never checked up on us. Never told us if there was a delay in the kitchen. About a hour wait, that’s when she offered if we wanted more water after she notice we all drank all our drinks. Our shrimp mofongo was a bit sloppy. All the oil and veggies messed up the salad. So we were not able to enjoy the salad, maybe that should be on a separate dish. A lot of other guest were complaining out loud and we never saw a manager apologizing or explaining the delays. The food was delicious but I do not think I want to experience that again. It was my family and I first time there.

   Everything was awesome, except the waitress had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. But other than that we had an awesome time for our daughter's graduation dinner.

   The Mofongo is outstanding as the can can pork chop is also great. The chicken breast stuffed with sweet plantains was overcooked and rendered unedible. We’ve had it there before and it was great but not this time.

   The food is amazing but the service was poor. We had to ask four times for water only to be given plastic cups and a pitcher to pour our own water that was enough to fill three out of seven glasses. Waited forever for our check. I see why they add 20% automatically because that’s was not 20% tip worthy of service unfortunately. The food is amazing again service was very disappointing.

   The food is delicious! A little pricey but worth it. The restaurant looks tidy and clean and I was happy to see the cooks with mesh hair nets and gloves. I would eat here again !

   Horrible rice was hard beans where cold Service was horrible server was offended when we told her the beans where cold. Also I was given the wrong thing from what I ordered and we waited 2 hours for partial Food to come out. The place was not even busy. It was a mess $300 bill for nothing. Horrible experience

    Loved this spot. The food was amazing. Service was amazing as well, Claribel was lovely, knowledgeable, attentive and just overall great. We had alcapurria’s, salmon, shrimp, mofongo, steak and a lot more, everything was great. Our first time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was seasoned well and the drinks were delicious.

    Food was outstanding-spot on with the seasonings and cooked perfectly. Our server, Suleine, was amazing-very friendly and provided top-notch service. Really enjoyed dining here and would highly recommend it.

    Plátano soup sent back because it didn’t taste good. Sent back skirt steak because is was over cooked, ordered medium and was well done. Carne frita was dry. No dressing for the salad.

    There was a mix up with our reservation and it was very difficult to get it cancelled so that we would not be charged the $5 fee but they were able to seat us. The food was outstanding and the service was great. Would definitely go back.

    We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday at El Cilantrillo on Semoran and it was such a delightful night!! The staff is amazing and the food incomparable to any other Puerto Rican Restaurant in Orlando PERIOD!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Everything was absolutely perfect!!

    The best part about this restaurant is the food and even that was just ok. The main course platters come with a “salad” (which was a few pieces of lettuce and a couple slices of tomatoes) and one side dish. I had steak and onions which was more like a beef stew and the meat was tasty but not what I was expecting. The tostones de plantano were good. Our party of 12 was required to split the entire tab in no more than 3 checks, leaving multiple couples to have to share a tab. That was not made clear when making the reservation. The waitresses didn’t walk over to each guest to hand them their meal, we had to pass each plate down the table. There was plenty of room for them to walk over to each of us- they just didn’t. The bar is limited and the bartenders working that evening were not well trained. I asked for vodka and one of them listed off tequila brands. Also, they had music playing but every couple of minutes it was interrupted by loud static noise. Then my aunt had to use the restroom but the soap dispenser wouldn’t work and the restroom needed cleaning. We will definitely not be returning.

    Our server was very good. She was very friendly and serviceable. The food was not great. We had the Mofongo Relleno pulpo and carrucho both al ajillo and it had too much vinegar you could not taste the garlic at all it tasted like you were eating a seafood salad. I am.

    We had a great Anniversary and Birthday dinner at El Cilantrillo. Lisbeth was great, and so all the other personnel. They were ok with us bringing a cake and serving it. They even kept it for us and brought it to the table of 10 singing happy birthday! Great experience, highly recommend it. We will be back soon.

    Honestly the food makes up. Decor is minimal but I could care less unless it’s a Michelin or upscale. This is regular ole joe restaurant with AMAZING food. We made reservations but didn’t need to for a Thursday night. Make sure to say you have one or I’m sure the charge of $5 a person will apply for no show. Waited a good 20 mins before drink order… and food order by that time we knew what we wanted. Ordered one of those 3-6 ppl platters. Amazing. The service is subpar buuuuut the food food food… every plate that comes out of that kitchen looks amazing!!! We will be going back for the food period.
