    Fantastic 20 course experience, delicious food & drinks. The ambiance is wonderful and the staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I’m told the menu changes every 3-4 months so I look forward to coming back!

    It was extraordinary!! We had the bar experience and it was more than enough to satisfy any food enthusiast. Our server Maria was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She guided us through our journey with beautiful descriptions of each plate and pairing of cocktails. It was delightful, entertaining and most importantly outstandingly delicious. Not an easy feat when you are entertaining New Yorkers with a very sophisticated palate!!

    All I can say about the Experience is WOW! The attention to detail is impeccable. When my friends and I arrived at El Cielo we were immediately shown to our table where there was a printed menu with my name on it. We opted for the full Experience without a liquor or wine pairing. We wanted the food to be the star of the show. The Experience begins with a small cocktail followed by a liquor sorbet. Both were delicious. But what really set the tone for the Experience was the first savory snack course which was a porcini mushroom truffle. It was so rich and had amazing flavor. Every course that followed was just as delightful. Every course had a stunning presentation. My favorites were the porcini mushroom truffle and the yucca gnocchi. There were 20 courses total including "snacks" (one bite courses), entrees, and desserts. My friends and I were there for 3 hours and it was perfect because it really gave us an opportunity to enjoy each course. I HIGHLY recommend the Experience at El Cielo. Our server told us that the menu changes seasonally. I cannot wait to experience the next menu.

    Degustación menú with wine pairing was pricey but did not disappoint. 16 food courses. Very creative and flavorful highlighting fusion Columbian food in an upscale format. Beautiful view of the river. Great date night.

    True to the Colombian culture. It was very relevant to the Hispanic route of each plate of food. The service was amazing. The food was delicious. It is a 20 plate haute cuisine experience!  it is a Michelin star restaurant so plan to go with A! wider budget. Overall, we are glad we went and did recommend it.

    Una experiencia diferente. La comida es buena, al igual que los cócteles, todo muy creativo. Solamente hay que tener claro el tipo de reservación que uno hace y qué incluye porque tienen varias opciones. Nosotros escogimos un menú de snacks y nos tocó tomarlo en la barra del bar y fue muy incómodo, las sillas súper incómodas para estar 2 hrs ahí sentados. El servicio fue espectacular, no podemos quejarnos de eso.

    The service was wonderful, food was great. The entrance to get into the restaurant is not convenient, it’s around the corner of a large sky rise and has no over head coverage from rain. I noted on my reservation that it was my girlfriends birthday, even confirmed it was girlfriends birthday over the phone with them the night before, but they still asked us at the table if we were celebrating anything special for the night… i was displeased with that.

    It was memorable. Can’t wait to come back to try each new menu every 6 months or so. Diego and Jorge were so funny, welcoming and kind! The FOOD was OUTSTANDING: I’m Colombian and let me tell you, it truly takes Colombian cuisine to a whole different level. We went with my fiancé and we felt SO full it was crazy, but 100% worth it. We took the option to accompany each meal with the recommended wine/drink and we recommend it! It makes the whole experience even better. -Sharon and Jesus

    Overall the food was yummy and the service was great. Almost have halfway through I was getting full 20 courses is quite a lot. The cost is pricey which is understandable for a Michelin Star restaurant. There’s a 20% service charge plus the expectation for tip.

    The experience in itself is interesting. The dishes presentation is great, the storyline well done and the attention to details are second to none. In the beginning we think the doses are too small, and in the middle we are already full so, quantity wise is more than enough. The wines are good but not excellent and from all the dishes I would say the deserts are the most disappointing. When we arrived we wanted to have a drink so they’ve proposed champagne we accepted and at the end is $130/glass, which is outrageous. This when during dinner they’ve served another type of champagne. So we kind of felt « cheated » lesson learned. So, in the end the experience is worth to do it once. Is it worth $1,200… hell no. But ok… it’s done!!

    Amazing food. We had a wonderful vegetarian tasting menu. Truly a unique Michelin grade adventure. With flavors not often experienced in a restaurant of this caliber. Staff super friendly, interested and welcoming. Though the tables were cleared a tad too fast. As soon as you put your fork down they pick up the plate. This made us feel rushed. We didn't like the lighting that much. We sat in the back and it felt a little uncozy. AC was a bit too cold. And the music they played was too Ibiza house. Some jazz, classical or Columbian music would have been more fitting.

    What an experience! That’s not only a meal with a Micheli star, it’s an amazing experience. Food was delicious, we loved everything. Service was amazing, servers were around all the time. They brought our dishes right perfectly timed. The chocolate therapy is a nice experience in the middle of the meal. I loved all the explanations and reference from Colombian traditional food. The tasting manu has plenty of small dishes that you feel satisfied at the end.
