   This was a great choice for our anniversary celebration. The ambience and grounds were spectacular. All the entrees we ordered were very tasty, a bit on the pricier side but didn't feel cheated given the excellent service and ambience. We had a shrimp appetizer that was exquisite. Their complimentary sticky buns were tasty.We also had their lobster entree, their salmon and chicken pot pie. My family loved the food , it was freshly made. Would highly recommend for a special occasion. We loved the camelback Mountain View

   Early Mother’s Day brunch was perfect at El Chorro. The place never disappoints. Attention to detail, fantastic food and excellent service. Top notch!

   Brunch at El Chorro was fantastic! We sat outside on the beautiful patio, the food was delicious, and service good. One of our favorite places!

   Our server, Dawson, was fantastic. Food was amazing, service was perfect. It was a great place to celebrate an early Mother's Day brunch.

   The setting, the service, and the food were fantastic. El Chorro has the most beautiful patio, and inside dining is equally gorgeous. The entire staff goes out of their way to make the dining experience so enjoyable. No pretense- just professional happy employees who seem to love their job. The food is carefully prepared, and the presentation is five star. So is the taste! This is one of Phoenix’s finest locations. We look forward to our next visit.

   Always a great experience eating at El Chorro, especailly outside on the patio. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food and wine.

   Fabulous! Amber was a super star guiding us to the best dishes and a great experience. The cocktails were unique and delicious. We had the Sea Bass and Salmon special and both were divine. Ambers recommendation of saving the sticky buns for dessert with vanilla ice cream topped off a beautiful evening. The grounds are beautiful.

   What a fantastic restaurant! From start to finish everything we ate was outstanding. And I cannot say enough about the sweet rolls to start with…absolutely delicious! While the food and patio setting were wonderful, we also had the best service from Joe. Joe was very attentive and knowledgeable, and put a smile as he shared the history of El Chorro.

   We have been to El Chorro numerous times but it appears they raised their prices and lowered the quality of the food. I had the short ribs and was shocked my $65 entree presentation came out in what appeared to be a plastic bowl and the food this time around was just mediocre. We got the shrimp pepper pot which we have had numerous times before which was good but the number of shrimp decreased but at least plenty of great buttery toast. My cousin had the salmon special and the salmon was overcooked and dry. His wife had the filet mignon which was just ok for a $72 dish. The best part of our meal was the sticky buns. So disappointed as it always has been one of my favorites but to pay $65-$72 for mediocre entrees just isn’t worth it.

    The whole experience was outstanding but this is what I have come to expect at El Chorro. This restaurant is one of my absolute favorites. The food is exceptional - I had the filet and it was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was personable but also professional. We dined outside on the patio. It was all perfect!
