We’ve been enjoying El Chorro for thirty years and have had many happy family and friend celebrations here. Always delicious and dependable, with wonderful service and atmosphere. We were shocked at the price increase on their new, slimmed down menu. Food and drink prices have soared. The added lights have taken away the beautiful view of Camelback Mountain from their patio. We’ve taken them off our list of favorite valley eateries and won’t return.

The menu was completely changed with very few healthy options. Value for the food wasn't quite adequate. Used to have the cauliflower steak entrée, tuna salad...etc. The service was great!! If I knew these changes were made, it would've changed the outcome of our venue choice.

The prices went up but the food was not what we were used to. Fried lobster instead of a lobster tail. The medium rare steak was more medium well. Not sure it is going to stay our go to restaurant when guests come in town. So sad 😞

We went to dinner at El Chorro and the service was exceptional. We are getting married there in November and we wanted to try the food that we will be serving to our guests. We had the spare ribs and they literally melted in your mouth. You could cut them with your fork, no knife was needed. I had the au gratin potatoes and asparagus, which were both delicious. We absolutely love their famous sticky buns. Our server brought us champagne and a delightful dessert to celebrate our upcoming nuptials. We felt very pampered and well taken care of. We would highly recommend El Chorro for a nice evening out or for a special occasion. Definitely 5 stars!
