   What a wonderful setting by the river, it felt like I was on holiday sitting on the terrace overlooking the boats. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Grace excelled; she gave good advice on the menu with a smile and a sunny disposition; it felt like we knew her! She was thoroughly charming and amusing. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Every dish we ordered was so tasty

   The food and service at El Cerdo was excellent, we enjoyed the food and drink. The cost of the scallops at £18 was quite excessive because it only came with 2 scallops, very bad value. Otherwise everything else was good.

   Fabulous evening, weather assisted with views down the river and amazing sunset. Very attentive service from our waitress and the food was up to the usual great standards. Really like the ambiance at El Cedro

   We used to love this place and were looking forward to taking the wider family to one of our favourite, local spots but this evening was disappointing all around. We had fairly poor service, food that didn’t arrive, burnt dishes and uncooked paella rice to give a few examples. To top it off the music was loud and hard to talk over and when the heaters came on I thought my head was going to get cooked! We mentioned we were not too impressed with our meal and got a couple of dishes taken off the bill but sadly the experience was bad enough to consider never going back. Shame for such a lovely spot.

   Hi Anna, Thank you for visiting us with your family recently. We are disappointed to hear that our food and service did not meet expectations. As you will know from previous visits and our many reviews, this is not our usual standard. We have passed your feedback on to our Area Manager and chefs to investigate, and our AM will be in touch with you directly. In regard to the heaters, we do turn these on in the evenings for guest comfort on our terrace, however we are able to turn these off at guests requests, as we do have many throughout the restaurant to keep others warm. Thank you for raising the issues during your visit, and allowing our team to handle these on the day. We hope that you will return soon to give us the opportunity to show you this is not our usual service. El Cerdo Team
