   Our main dishes were sent out before our appetizers. They took our dishes back, brought our apps, and then clearly brought back the same food that had been cooked half an hour earlier and had been sitting in the kitchen. Needless to say, the food was cold and inedible. We sent it back and they returned with food that was barely edible. Overcooked, dried out duck. Had a few bites just so I wouldn’t be starving. Only gave two stars and not one bc apps were decent. Definitely not what you’d expect at the ritz and not what you’d want at those prices.

    Our meal here was very disappointing and overpriced. Some of the dishes were okay, but overall the experience was not memorable and way too expensive. We were recommended the grilled lobster and it was luke warm and tough, the fideua was mediocre at best, the risotto was horrible and had no flavor. The only thing that was decent was the beef short rib but the dish does not come with any sides. We do not plan on going back and do not recommend going.

    We absolutely loved La Taqueria nights at El Barrio! We were at the hotel for 5 incredible nights and wouldn’t miss the experience. Each night was different themed live music making for such a special vibe. However, it was the tacos that were prepared so beautifully that was the highlight. On our last night, the restaurant manager and chef came to our table and they were so warm and made us feel extra welcome. Thanks so much for the wonderful experiences!

    Go Tuesday or Wednesday but skip the regular dinner menu All the food at Ritz is incredibly expensive and the regular dinner menu really fell short for my own taste. They had a filet and short ribs but I was looking for a smaller/lighter dish and nothing sounded appealing. Lunch and breakfast here are great.

    Dinner was delicious but the best part of our experience was the band! Kurt and his band were amazing! We would return if the band was playing again. The food and service were excellent! The price was much more expensive than we had expected. So, be prepared for a large check if eating and having drinks. Overall it was a great evening! Thank you!

    Absolutely lovely time. The restaurant was quiet and our server was attentive. We had been eating the pool menu all week and decided to have dinner here and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The dishes were vibrant in color, beautifully presented, and delicious!

    El Barrio is phenomenal. The service and food were next level. I can stop thinking about their tortilla soup on the dinner menu. Cannot stop. Also had a few other things and all were impressive. The breakfast is equally amazing with authentic delicious chilaquiles and the avocado toast worth a photo. Lunch did not disappoint. The el pastor tacos had a bit of spice and packed with flavor. The ceviche and chips that came with are to die. Honestly some of the best food I’ve had in Cabo area hands down. Can’t wait to go back.

    Stunning location and very cool decor/vibe. We were disappointed with the food. It felt like "dumbed down" Mexican. Not enough flavors. They could have done so much more. Even the tres leches cake wasn't authentic. It was more like trifle.

    Horrible service. Our second attempt at El Barrio and bad experience both times. Had reserved a table for my husbands birthday and a larger party seated next to us was prioritized. They didn’t have requested wine from the list and kept pushing wine we didn’t want. We finally walked out after waiting and watching others seated after us receive their cocktails while we were still ignored. A disservice to the Ritz brand.

    Absolutely amazing! Food was incredible. Views incredible. Waiters incredible. It didn’t matter who we asked for something (water, an extra fork, more drinks) they would help us. Some places say “oh, I’m sorry let me go get your waiter.” Not here! Every. Single. Person. Was so nice and helpful. This is what sets them apart from the rest. We were there for the Easter Brunch and I hope they introduce brunches more often because it blew us out of the water! Selection of foods was amazing as was presentation. 5 stars!

    Saturday was taco night, so the menus was limited but we knew this so it was not an issue. All the taco options that we tried were superb. Drinks were outstanding, we tried a couple of the specialty cocktails. Had a great table facing the water. Beautiful property. Only negative, younger couple with kids were not controlling them which somewhat ruined the mood for us and others around. Otherwise a truly 5 star experience

    My husband and I stayed at the Ritz Reserve Zadun. We went to El Barrio for the taco night on Saturdays. The ambience was amazing, and we got to see the sunset from the restaurant deck. Everything we tasted was absolutely amazing. They have a live Mariachi band on Saturday evenings, as well. Very enjoyable. We will come back to this resort as well as El Barrio. Muchas gracias!

    Service was very slow. We also were expecting the full menu we had seen online, only to find out it was limited to the taqueria menu only. Service was the biggest issue, and you would expect more from a Ritz Reserve property.
