   We have hear amazing things about this place but it was off for us! :( We arrived early and they weren't sure if they could seat us and then another staff member asked us why we were standing around and told us we could go upstairs and wait. We got up there and there was no one up there! The stools are very high (and we are all tall people) so a little uncomfortable. We tried to order margaritas but they were out of line, we tried to order tuna but they were out? 2 people in our party order octopus and it was undercooked. She didn't send it back but instead just ate what she could. Apparently the server was upset she didn't eat it? My food was fine but not amazing and the atmosphere was off since we were the only ones there - and it was a busy night - Thursday/Art Walk. We walked by again on Friday night - also no one. I'm not really sure why it was so off.

   All the food and drinks were outstanding. We sat outside overlooking the street, and the cerviche and other dishes were delicious!

   Was looking for Seafood dinner. Was a great experience with fresh oysters and Red Snapper. Fish was a wonderful experience. Service was very attentive.

   Loved it! Música volume was a bit Too high to hold A Convo but otherwise it was perfect.

    We’ve eaten at Aguamala several times in the past three years. In the past, we enjoyed great service, great food and music. We had three other couples with us this time and it was my recommendation to have dinner at Aguamala. We were seated on time with our reservation. It took at least 15 minutes before the waitress took our drink and food orders. It took 15 minutes for her to complete taking our orders. The drinks took another 10 minutes to be brought out. A little later she brought out one of the two shrimp tacos to my wife. The other other seven of us sat and watch her food get cold while we waited for second taco and our food. Then one person received her two tacos. It literally took 40 minutes to bring out everyone’s tacos from the first taco to the final taco.. 3 of the 8 orders were incorrect or missing a taco. Obviously there seemed to be a language issue and perhaps the waitress was new. We understand that Spanish is the native language, but there were several other bi-lingual staff that could have been assigned to a table of 8 gringos. In addition to the very bad service, there was a mouse running through the patio dining area which actually caused a couple seated near us to leave. For what it’s worth, the music was great, the food that we did receive was good. The overall experience was bad due to the terrible service. Regards, Mike
