   very quiet when we went so were worried that it wouldn't be good but the food was really good and one needed gluten free and they had a lot of choices.

   Good food but great service. The young lady that looked after us was extra special as she was very informative and made suggestions. We were all impressed with her.

   While visiting Kelowna, we were hoping for a really good steak with crab. The reviews/menu are misleading. They have a giant seniors menu, and diner-related fare--but they do not have 3/4 star restaurant quality food. Our hostess claims they have changed the menu since it was posted here. I would definitely recommend to seniors or families. As for the fish tank, my nine-year old said it best when she said "it's not really that great". Unless you're sitting right in front of, pretty unspectacular.

   Our server had no decorum and constantly complained about the kitchen staff. She seemed irritable and impatient and her tone was embarrassing as we were treating another couple to dinner

   Just had a fathers day dinner there. The service was excellent and the food was very good! Have a very diverse menu that catered to seniors as well. Kids loved the huge aquarium. We will be back!

   I had the brunch buffet, something they do every Sunday, and I was very impressed. The food is typically Canadian, with a couple of Mediterranean options. There is a chef at the buffet who will prepare omelettes and waffles to order, and there is a fine selection of food to choose from otherwise (Eggs Benedict, kabobs, corn muffins, bacon, sausage, hash browns, roast beef, fruit salad, cakes, cookies, etc.). Everything is hand prepared and cooked, and the quality of the food is very good. If a buffet isn't up your alley, there are other good meal options to choose from on the menu as well.

   Of the six people in our group only one didn't like the initial food order and this was immediately replaced with another selection that was thoughly enjoyed. EK's is a great addition to our neighborhood for those times when no-one wants to cook or the monthly 'special' occasion. EK's is very accomodating for seniors, with a good menu selection for smaller appetites. In the sense this is a family restaurant, there is no hard liquor drinks available.

   Dinner with 4 people. Ranged from OK to not so much. First time I've ever had a tough hamburger.

   The aquarium makes this place special. Prices reasonable, food ok. Servers friendly.

    Food was sub par very similar to red robin good for kids. Fish tank was neat. But that's the highlight. Can't even make a Mac a cheese, bun on sandwich was stale, not impressed at all. Will not go back not a good dining experience.
