Really lovely space to meet with friends. It was loud, but that was okay as people were clearly happy and enjoying themselves.
The shrimp and grits were delicious
We had a few things that we ordered that were not what we expected, and the desert we ordered was missing a few things that the menu said would be on it. when i asked about this, i was told that we had an old menu but it was still the same price
Delicious brunch options, good drinks, nice ambiance. You can't go wrong here.
good food ,prices reasonable, food slow from kitchen
Beautiful service and the food was absolutely amazing, delicious, great presentation.
Food was horrible!!! Visited many times in the past and enjoyed. However this was the worst experience we’ve had there. Guess they changed chefs.
We had the figs wrapped in bacon-amazing! My husband had the short ribs and they were delicious. I had the salmon and it was very good -cooked just right! Our waiter Shawn was attentive. Overall great experience-we would go again.
Great server. The bar was packed and too loud. We should have moved to dining room.
Service was extremely slow. Food was mediocre. Noise level made it hard to have a conversation. Very unsatisfying experience
Food was ice cold. Grounds in coffee. Service was slow. I’ve been here many times and this was the worst!
Great food great service! We had a great time!
I met 3 of my Georgia Tech classmates for lunch at Einstein’s. We thought that it would be a perfect place for a reunion – the first time that the 4 of us had reunited in 26 years.
•Location and availability of parking.
•The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and welcoming.
•The hosts were gracious and accommodating. They helped us take pictures of our group to commemorate our reunion.
•The food was delicious – 2 of us enjoyed the shrimp and grits. The other 2 enjoyed the short rib hash.
•Kudos to the chef. We had a great meal.
The service from our waiter was poor as exhibited by the following behavior:
•Our waiter, who did not introduce himself, seemed taken aback when I asked if there were any specials.
•He did not offer to refill our beverages during the meal. I nursed, and then ran out of my Coke.
•He disappeared for long stretches of time and did not check on us.
•He partially cleared the table after we finished our meal. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, I sought assistance from a hostess to finish clearing the table. When our waiter reappeared to ask if we needed anything else, I asked that he clear off the table. He responded by saying, “well that’s what I’m doing” -- in a tone that was rude.
•He did not ask us if we wanted dessert or offer to let us see a dessert menu. We had to ask for a dessert menu. He brought one for our group of 4 to share.
The location of Einstein’s is great. The food is amazing. The service that my party experience was awful. And for me, professionalism and service are just as important as the food. As a result, I would not recommend Einstein’s as an option for an enjoyable meal.
I was very disappointed with everything. We literally waited 30 minutes for our waiter or anyone to take our drink order. They were not very busy. The Christmas Prix Fixe menu looked good but the food was awful. I ordered the quail and it was extremely dry, the skin was a little burnt. The sides were cold. The waiter came to our table like a whole 3 times during the 2 hours that we were there. The bartender kept looking for him and couldnt find him either. Hot mess and awful food. Dennys, Ihop, Hooters.... Would have been a better choice
They charge for ice if you ask for liquor on the rocks. They also charge for to-go boxes. Even if you actually ate IN the restaurant. Strange. The food was good though. Don't like feeling nickel and dimes though.
They ran out of food by 2. The manager was extremely dismissive to guests as they stated their grievances.
Food as usual was excellent!! Loved the grilled octopus
Server was great and knowledgeable- Thanks Miguel!!!
Wasn’t as packed as I expected but still cozy... we’ll be back!!!
The waiter mentioned that it was the first night for the new menu, it needs a little refining. The ceviche did not ha a punch all citrus and the pasta was a bit salty. Also, the cocktail that I had tasted like cough syrup.
The service was just ok
The Chicken entree was DELICIOUS!!
Dependable good food and service. Very nice brunch selections
Nothing was particularly outstanding but everything was good
Our waiter recommended the octopus which was one of their specialty dishes. He described it as plate licking good. It was not good, very fishy tasting and salty. Three of us ordered it and none of us finished it, It was awful. We used to go to Einsteins for brunch. I will not return to Einsteins and will pass on my negative experience on whenever I can.
We arrived around 8:30 PM. We were seated immediately, but it seemed the restaurant was in closing mode by this time. It took a bit longer than expected for food and the service was a bit slower than we would have liked. The food was excellent.
Granted we went for a late dinner following a show but the restaurant was completely dead at 9:30. The food was good but took forever to arrive in a seemingly empty restaurant. Servers were everywhere standing around which made the wait even more frustrating. Additionally, they were out of several of the main course dishes (4) as well as mashed potatoes. Not that I really wanted mashed potatoes but to be out of them is unacceptable for a location near many grocery stores. Especially a location that boast made from scratch items and couldn’t use the excuse they haven’t arrived from the supplier.
This is a great little place that serves very good food. Make sure to take advantage of the valet parking or you will have to find a place to park on the street:) We had the prefix thanksgiving menu and every part of it was phenomenal.
Hats off for providing a quiet and comfortable Thanksgiving meal. I wish there were rolls, that was a disappointment. But the meal was good. I had the salmon, asparagus and risotto. The risotto was bland and I would've liked to opt that out for mac and cheese. But otherwise, it was all great. The pumpkin cheesecake flan was amazing!!
Recently moved to Atlanta and with no family in town decided to eat out .
Bad choice ! This was the absolute worse meal ever no taste, not cooked properly 2 hours later the cook came out and told us no dessert because he was struggling with the crust of a peach cobbler????
How do you mess up Thanksgiving?
We left without finishing our meal :(
Side note before entering - 3 people warned us to run and go eat somewhere else.
Bad days happen totally get it !
Unfortunately ,Thanksgiving should not be the day to be over ambitious with a menu if your especially not able to prepare your pre fixed meal properly!
Flavorless pork belly. Slow kitchen. O. A slow night. Our waiter, though, was fabulous
Our waiter was awesome!
We have not been back to Einstein’s for brunch since Mother’s Day. This menu was wonderful as compared to MD. It had vegetarian options, traditional breakfast foods and lunch items. I wish Mother’s Day was this menu
I seem to find myself here quite a bit lately. There don't seem to be too many choices in the downtown area for a nice business lunch, but Einstein's certainly never disappoints. The restaurant is actually quite spacious and will accommodate a larger party. It is surprisingly easy to park with their valet service. The food is always delicious. A solid choice for business meals or meeting up with a friend.
Waiter seemed as if we were a brother. No bueno.
Took 35-40 minutes to get brunch food!
We arrived and sat for 15 minutes before a waiter came to the table. He said he'd be back with waters, which took another 15 minutes. He. brought the water and took drink orders. When he returned with the cocktails, we told him we were ready to order. He said ok, then walked away and did not return. We were all dumbfounded. We decided to leave. On the way out, I told the front greeter and she didn't even apologize for the terrible service.
Took over an hour to get our food. Even though we could see other tables turning over several times our waitress when pressed said something vague like others were ahead of us. In the meantime I ordered coffee and then had to ask twice again for cream/sugar and it finally came 15 minutes after coffee which was cold. Friend ordered eggs Benedict. Came with ham and egg on plate minus English muffin. When asked about it server said she checked with kitchen and they were out of muffins. How do you plate and serve this as if the customer won’t notice a third of her meal is missing??? Friend requested toast instead and that took another 10 minutes to get from the kitchen . Waitress blamed all on kitchen and discussed with manager and he never came over to our table. Terrible way to treat customers.
Always a solid choice. Great food, great service.
I would recommend they dont get the fried green tomatoes Benedict. Small portion and eggs were just beyond raw. The food was barely lukewarm. I have been several times and was disappointed with this trip. Server was very good
Worst dining experience! It took 45 minutes to get bread and then it was burnt. It took an hour to get our food. We had to ask our waitress multiple times to get our drink orders. We will never return!
No one greeted us for a while finally went to find someone to help us. Food was not great mediocre at best but our waiter was enjoyable!
