I have been going to Einstein's for years and am so glad to know that the service food and atmosphere are still as wonderful .. have not been in a while so wasn't sure what to expect but enjoyed my meal and my service was absolutely 5 star..
This was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant EVER! We had friends in ATL staying in Midtown, so Einstein's was the perfect spot to meet for brunch, great atmosphere and reputation. The waiter was perfectly nice but that's as good as it got. After waiting 45 minutes after ordering our food, 2 of the 4 orders were missing and the other 2 were flat out wrong. The kitchen was out of several items and it took them an additional 15 minutes to bring out the 2 orders that were missing. In addition, the food was just not that tasty. How can you miss with basic egg dishes/omelets? If you want the answer to that question and a horrible, embarrassing restaurant experience, visit Einstein's. Otherwise, try another brunch spot in Midtown.
Service was really slow and some of the food was good but some wasn’t. Things seem to be going downhill a bit
Went to Einstein’s for my wife ‘s birthday brunch. The atmosphere and decor were great. We had the avocado toast as an appetizer, which was really good. Service was god as well. However, the coffee was extremely weak, and the scrambled eggs were flat and bland. Not sure if I would go back.
Micah was our server. He was FANTABULOUS!!! He was friendly and very professional.
Dinner was awesome! The calamari was to die for. Definitely recommend. It was a little loud for the amount of people that were in the restaurant.
The waitress did not know much about the dishes on the menu. She was unable to answer any questions we had. I ordered the Porchetta it did not have much flavor and the taste was off. So about hour or two later I was sick and had to go back to the hotel room. So that ended date night early.
Einsteins came highly recommended by a friend, but my husband and I were pretty disappointed. My burger was pretty generic and my husband ordered the jerk pork belly on rice - which was very plain and boring. We asked for a sauce to go on it, and that helped. Over all we were just unimpressed.
Sadly, this long time establishment has fallen off. Food was mediocre at best. Same for the cocktails. Odd menu now including several “salad” options that are not served with any sort of greens (the server thus has to describe in detail what each item included). Can’t say that we will be back anytime soon.
Food was undercooked. Replacement came 45 min later and server was mia. Not going back
Went to Einstein's for a date on a Saturday night. Food took over 40 minutes to show up. Both entree meats were dry and tough to eat. I didn't even finish my meal because I couldn't cut the meat. Thankfully the manager took the meal off our check. I was so thankful for that. Our server was very prompt and brought us plenty of bread to keep us occupied while we waited. I've been to Einsteins for brunch and it was amazing. I was excited for dinner to be just as fantastic. Will recommend people go for brunch but maybe not dinner.
Service our waiter was great ! The food was good but the kitchen took really long to produce food . The appetizers aren’t what they used to be like the calamari but I still enjoyed .
Arrived early (5PM) and the crowd was sparse. Ordered the bacon-wrapped peaches. The dish was prepared well and very tasty. Ordered the cheeseburger medium and it was delivered rare to both I and my date. If they can't do a burger right this place cannot get a high rating.
They played their stereo too loud. I used my earplugs. I didn't complain, but nearly every verbal exchange had to be repeated. If I had been there with a friend I would have had to had the volume reduced. I hate it when I haven't chosen the style and level of "music". It's too intrusive. Food and beverage were good.
The only compliant I have was that I think the server for our area had too many large party tables outside. This had a impact on the timing of getting drinks, and food. Hopefully the servers can get more a balance in the future to ensure that guest are getting prompt service.
IVe been coming to Einstein's for many years and so happy to see how well they are doing these days on service and food both. Nice low-stress place for dinner.
We were extremely disappointed with the food selection andthe food that we were served. Did call the manager and he sent me a gift card for $30. We will come for brunch on the weekends probably will not come back for dinner for a long time
Great patio dining under the oaks. A midtown tradition. Can’t go wrong.
The food and outdoor seating were very good and just what we were looking for. However, our service/waiter was very poor. Took 15 minutes to get water another 15 minutes to order, order came out wrong, we asked the waiter for a couple of simple items which he never returned to the table with. The free bread basket made it to the table after the food did, more than 45 minutes after we had sat down. Will go here again for the food and atmosphere, but if I get set in that same waiter's section I will demand to be reseated.
We had brunch on the front patio, and it was great. It was a nice, laid back atmosphere, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
We gave Einstein's one more chance and they failed. The experience started off poorly. When we arrived, we stood at the outdoor check-in stand with the greeter with her back to us as she chatted on a clearly personal call and continuously ran her hand through her hair and scratched her scalp. When she finally turned around to greet us, she picked up bread plates and silverware rolls with the same hand she had been scratching her head with and grooming her hair. It was so disgusting, we nearly left at that point. Has no one coached them on basic sanitary guidelines? Nilton was an excellent server. The food was OK.
The waitress was very nice but the service was disorganized-only 1/2 of the table received their food at the same time and most of the food was cold. Plus the restaurant was out of so many things
We really enjoyed our visit. The only disappointment was that the pepper jack grits were so bland we had to send them back to trade for another side. The steak was fantastic!
Excellent choice for large parties as they have options that can accommodate most diets. The inside layout is spacious and mostly well thought. The menu works for vegetarians, but with the restaurants look&feel, I would expect more vegetarian entree options.
Great experience year after year after the Peachtree road race!
Fourth of July
The food, the music, the service was top notch! Fun place to hangout and great place to eat. They also have a kids menu and make special accommodations as needed!
I am not sure if our server was new - we asked her a couple of questions regarding the menu - she didn't know the answer, but never returned with the answer either - she seemed rather disorganized.
The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. It was a perfect setting for catching up with old friends.
It was a good atmosphere and great service. Food came out quickly. However, food wasn't the best quality.
The service was poor. The food wasn’t great either. We had a 6:30 reservation, and our food didn’t come out until after 8:30. I blame the server for this because he took our drink orders late and our food orders even later. We were a large party of 17, and with larger parties, you have to treat them differently knowing there are more entrees to prepare. He treated us like we were a party of 2 as opposed to 17. It’s like the difference between cooking for 2 and preparing Thanksgiving dinner. With Thanksgiving comes more mouths to feed and days of preparation. The larger the party, the more attention you give to details like time. This was my second time dining here. I was with my book club the first time - a party of 6 - and the service was just as slow. I won’t be back.
The food was ok. I had to send my plate back because the noodles were hard. Dislike the change in menu. Very limited selection. But overall it was a good Father's Day outing.
Kitchen was unusually slow. Server did his best to compensate and was appropriately apologetic. Still love this patio after more than 2 decades of patronage. Menu is better than ever.
While the food and the service was great. Unfortunately, we were seated across from a loud, vociferous group which upset the atmosphere of the place. On the bright side, they left shortly after we placed our orders, so we were able to enjoy our food in a more subdued atmosphere. While this is probably not an everyday experience, it was quite bothersome and we almost left until we notice the other group was leaving. Even during their departure they were obnoxious.
Took too long to get the food and then it wasn’t good. Won’t go back!
The food was horrible, just terrible. My husband enjoyed the chicken and waffle sandwich. And the server, Eli was good. However, everything else was barely edible. I will never come back.
Loved all the upgrades that Einsteins have to offer. Thank you for a much better menu! Our server with the blue hair was outstanding!!!!
Brunch was disappointing. The service was not very good. The server was not friendly and had a non-interested attitude. We had to ask for refills on drinks when our glasses were empty. She only checked back with us once and that was when we flagged her down. One of our entrees (sandwich) was missing the meat. We couldn't find our server, so we asked for the manager to a passing server. His first response was that the menu had changed rather than admitting that the kitchen had made an error and did not make the sandwich as listed on the menu. He finally said (reluctantly) that he would bring the meat out so it could be added to the sandwich. By this time, the other members of the party were half finished with their meals. Guess Einstein's is trying to up their profit margin and cut back on the menu items.
Our server, Eli, was wonderful and the food was outstanding.
