Appetizer (fried calamari) arrived cold. One member of the group got their meal a full 15 mins prior to everyone else. Too many other good restaurants in Midtown to go back here.
Great experience as always! The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to make each experience enjoyable. The food and drinks are always delicious and reasonably priced. Sunday brunch on the patio is my favorite time to visit Einstein’s. Highly recommend!
Service was really slow, took btwn 10-20 min to get a beer, not a cocktail. It doesn't take long to POUR a beer, there was 2 people sitting at the bar, they should have been better prepared
Another great place slowly getting to the point of they don't care. First of all it was Friday night of Pride Weekend. Made a reservation. Place was empty when we arrived ... YET we stood at the check-in counter for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged then waited another 10 mins before we were actually sat ... outside on an empty patio. Waitress was very nice but slow. Food as just ok. I got the grilled caesar w/steak. Requested med/rare it come well done. The waitress did not come back to check on us for 20 mins and by then I just left the steak. She never asked about our meals. We had to track her down for the check. By this time there were only 3 tables with customers on the patio.
This was by far the worst lunch experience I have had in the midtown area. The food took an hour parts of our order was missing. The parts we received were over cooked. I am very disappointed with this lunch experience. I will not return that is for sure.
We were there for a late lunch. We dined in the bar and all 4 of our party loved our food choices and the attention to detail by our waiter.
It was Saturday night and not busy when we arrived. They were out of an entree that the server did not know about. We ordered mussels as our main dish and they were not fresh and almost half of them did not open, so were not edible. Since no server ever came to check on us when we were eating the meal, we could not tell them of the issue. When she came once everyone's meal was completed, I told her and her response was "I guess it's too late to get you something else". It wasn't even removed from our bill. I usually go to Einsteins for weekend brunch and is usually much better than this experience.
A fun place on Juniper. We went there before a show at the Alliance. Super attentive wait staff- great food
We had a large group of 17 people and they took good care of us. I loved the make your own Bloody Mary bar!
I had the house salad with salmon and it was perfect. The table had a variety of dishes. Eggs Benedict, grilled Caesar Salad, fried green tomatoes, wraps, etc and everyone was happy.
Thank you Einstein’s for making our post Miles for Melanoma brunch so memorable.
Poor service. Food took a long time and we had to go find the waiter for more drinks.
Went for a work lunch and we waited 45 minutes for food, the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all and we saw table after table get served. We ended up having to get everything to go because we ran out of time. I’ve gone here before and really loved it, but they missed the mark this last time.
Took a large group to lunch Friday. The weather was fantastic, and the patio experience was great. But, the food took over 35 min to arrive, and everybody remarked that the food was just not that great. My Ban Mi sandwich was just a little beat of meat pressed between a bun, and the grilled asparagus was dry and had no flavor. In my 30 years of living in Atlanta, I've yet to have a decent meal at this restaurant. Our server was friendly, but I would only go back for drinks. The food was very unimpressive and bland.
My reservation was for Tuesday, 9/17 at 6:30. I was tied up in traffric and did not get there until 7:20. I was still accomodated. The food was gormet excellent. The service was comparable. I will go back any time I have the opportunity. The menu is quite varried. Any guest should be able to frind something to his/her liking. The nearby valet parking is also a plus. Exec. Chef Todd Webster and his staff should be proud of their restaurant.
Service was SO slow. They told us that they couldn't put in our order for 30 minutes because the kitchen was backed up and not taking orders. Won't be back anytime soon.
It was very noisy in the restaurant. I had plastic wrap in my salad, which I pointed out to the server and nothing was done except to offer me another side.
The best hidden gem in midtown, great food and service. And you have the option of eating inside or outside.
I visited Einstein's with a friend for brunch. I must say that I was impressed with the ambience of the restaurant. It was pretty busy so it did take some time to be waited on but the food and drinks were great! I would definitely return and recommend Einstein's to my friends.
I’ve always enjoyed Einstein’s, especially the patio. This last visit the food was not great though. Hopefully it was just a fluke.
The roasted chicken entree was OUTSTANDING! Our server Micah was very good. My wife and I plan to return soon...
Great place close to the hotel were we stayed in Atlanta.
Server was warm and engaging, definitely a spot to try while in Atlanta
Just not great. Food was meh the service was fine
I have been going to Einstein's for years and am so glad to know that the service food and atmosphere are still as wonderful .. have not been in a while so wasn't sure what to expect but enjoyed my meal and my service was absolutely 5 star..
This was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant EVER! We had friends in ATL staying in Midtown, so Einstein's was the perfect spot to meet for brunch, great atmosphere and reputation. The waiter was perfectly nice but that's as good as it got. After waiting 45 minutes after ordering our food, 2 of the 4 orders were missing and the other 2 were flat out wrong. The kitchen was out of several items and it took them an additional 15 minutes to bring out the 2 orders that were missing. In addition, the food was just not that tasty. How can you miss with basic egg dishes/omelets? If you want the answer to that question and a horrible, embarrassing restaurant experience, visit Einstein's. Otherwise, try another brunch spot in Midtown.
Fair food, we all go different dishes and the food was ok, no one thought it was special. Did not have alcoholic drinks
Service was really slow and some of the food was good but some wasn’t. Things seem to be going downhill a bit
Went to Einstein’s for my wife ‘s birthday brunch. The atmosphere and decor were great. We had the avocado toast as an appetizer, which was really good. Service was god as well. However, the coffee was extremely weak, and the scrambled eggs were flat and bland. Not sure if I would go back.
Micah was our server. He was FANTABULOUS!!! He was friendly and very professional.
Dinner was awesome! The calamari was to die for. Definitely recommend. It was a little loud for the amount of people that were in the restaurant.
The waitress did not know much about the dishes on the menu. She was unable to answer any questions we had. I ordered the Porchetta it did not have much flavor and the taste was off. So about hour or two later I was sick and had to go back to the hotel room. So that ended date night early.
Einsteins came highly recommended by a friend, but my husband and I were pretty disappointed. My burger was pretty generic and my husband ordered the jerk pork belly on rice - which was very plain and boring. We asked for a sauce to go on it, and that helped. Over all we were just unimpressed.
Sadly, this long time establishment has fallen off. Food was mediocre at best. Same for the cocktails. Odd menu now including several “salad” options that are not served with any sort of greens (the server thus has to describe in detail what each item included). Can’t say that we will be back anytime soon.
Food was undercooked. Replacement came 45 min later and server was mia. Not going back
Went to Einstein's for a date on a Saturday night. Food took over 40 minutes to show up. Both entree meats were dry and tough to eat. I didn't even finish my meal because I couldn't cut the meat. Thankfully the manager took the meal off our check. I was so thankful for that. Our server was very prompt and brought us plenty of bread to keep us occupied while we waited. I've been to Einsteins for brunch and it was amazing. I was excited for dinner to be just as fantastic. Will recommend people go for brunch but maybe not dinner.
Service our waiter was great ! The food was good but the kitchen took really long to produce food . The appetizers aren’t what they used to be like the calamari but I still enjoyed .
Arrived early (5PM) and the crowd was sparse. Ordered the bacon-wrapped peaches. The dish was prepared well and very tasty. Ordered the cheeseburger medium and it was delivered rare to both I and my date. If they can't do a burger right this place cannot get a high rating.
They played their stereo too loud. I used my earplugs. I didn't complain, but nearly every verbal exchange had to be repeated. If I had been there with a friend I would have had to had the volume reduced. I hate it when I haven't chosen the style and level of "music". It's too intrusive. Food and beverage were good.
The only compliant I have was that I think the server for our area had too many large party tables outside. This had a impact on the timing of getting drinks, and food. Hopefully the servers can get more a balance in the future to ensure that guest are getting prompt service.
IVe been coming to Einstein's for many years and so happy to see how well they are doing these days on service and food both. Nice low-stress place for dinner.
We were extremely disappointed with the food selection andthe food that we were served. Did call the manager and he sent me a gift card for $30. We will come for brunch on the weekends probably will not come back for dinner for a long time
Great patio dining under the oaks. A midtown tradition. Can’t go wrong.
