Classic Austrian cuisine at its best: marinated cap of rump, breaded fried chicken with potato salad and Viennese schnitzel with parsley potatoes, cranberries and cucumber salad are only a few of the highlights. All dishes are deftly prepared using high-quality ingredients sourced from a wide network of regional producers, as well as areas such as Voralberg, Salzburg, Vienna and other Austrian regions. With respect for the original charm of the house, the interior has been carefully renovated and furnished with discreet smoke glass mirrors while preserving the homely brown tones of wood and leather. From early in the morning until well after dark, new and old Berliners, politicians, journalists, tourists and all kinds of flaneurs will visit Einstein Unter den Linden to enjoy one of the finest Austrian cuisines in the city.

    Frühstück ist für mich die wichtigste Mahlzeit. Das Einstein ist eine Oase, ein Tempel des „fine breakfast“. Bitte nur hingehen, wenn ihr Diplomaten, Geheimagenten oder ganz allgemein Connoisseure seid.

    tolle österreichische Küche. Sehr gute Schnitzel, sehr guter Apfelstrudel und guter flexibler und sympathischer Service. Kann ich nur empfehlen, auch mit  Geschäftsbesuch.

    Wir waren schon des öfteren im Kaffee Einstein Unter den Linden und bis dato haben wir uns dort auch wohl gefühlt. Aktuell ist es aber etwas zu touristisch geworden, es wird lediglich noch mit dem Charme der Vergangenheit geworben. Politiker, Journalisten etc. wie in der Vergangenheit wird man hier sicher nicht mehr treffen. Dafür um so mehr Touristen. Preise haben entsprechend angezogen und der Service ist eher etwas verhalten/oberflächlich, nicht mehr so wie früher. Schade!

    Hervorragende Bedienung. Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich und überaus engagiert, um das Geburtstags-Frühstück zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis zu machen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team.
