This was a wonderful experience with my SO. We were looking for something special and different. This is upscale fine Japanese dining. There are two options the sushi bar and the shabu shabu area. We were welcomed upon arrival and lead to our sushi bar. The service was absolutely impeccable and everyone was very nice and attentive. We ordered the Mai which is the highest level option. You can go for on the sushi side and we really enjoyed the experience start to finish. you start with a tray of three appetizers, then move onto your sashimi platter and then finally you have your sushi meal where the chef is bringing you want to two pieces to try as soon as you get to the table. I really hope this place catches on. If you’re reading this review, please understand that you’re going to a place where it’s going to be expensive but it is worth it to experience something. It’s a long dinner, so don’t be in a rush. Enjoy the pace with your + 1 and let yourself step away from the craziness of the outside. I plan to go back for the Shabu, as our little taste in the Mai was the best advertisement possible.

It was my first time trying kaisaki and I loved it. I enjoyed all the small dishes. I liked the snow crab and wagyu beef with my shabu shabu. I got full easily with the udon noodles and veggies, but at the end I was still able to enjoy dessert. The workers are very pleasant and polite and they even had a robot waiter assisting them, which I thought was cool. I would definitely come back.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it was literally the best experience because luckily we were the only ones at the sushi bar so it felt very private from everyone else. The service was impeccable and always on top of our refills and anything we needed. The chef Oki-San was so kind and fed us well hahaha We started with our kaiseki, and the appetizers served in this was soooooo amazing. Everything we had was light and delectable, savory but not overwhelming. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The sushi omakase that followed after was insane. The uni was out of this world and the anago personally was one of my favorites. They ended us with yummy dessert green tea and strawberry pudding and it was the best ending. Overall will be returning for every occasion!!

Fantastic dining experience. Having just come back from Japan this transported us right back! From the moment you walk in you can see all the attention to detail. The elongated entrance, the separation/privacy of the bar, the simple and minimalistic decor. The staff all greet you warmly and wear beautiful kimonos. The sushi chef took his time and pride in his work. Every course of our kaiseki meal was absolutely fantastic and tasty! We've eaten at places 2x the money that did not rival the quality and flavors here. The most jarring part of our meal was leaving and realizing we were still in the states. This is a hidden gem and we hope this restaurant achieves all the success it merits. We cannot wait to be back in the area and visit again!

Food was delicious! Had the Sushi omakase and the fish was excellent. Sushi chef was great. The place was very clean and I want to go back to try the shabu. Service was lacking and needs improvement. I shouldn’t have to flag down the server multiple times for tea and have to hear the severs complaining/yelling at/in the kitchen. It took away for our dinner experience. Food was great so I would give it another try.

The women who served us were dressed in kimono and looked gorgeous. The Japanese shabu-shabu and yose-nabe were healthy and delicious. The tableware was also refined like Japan.
