   Truely wonderful food, served in comfortable and relaxed surroundings. My friends that I took for the Monday sharing plates menu are no strangers to a Michelin star restaurant but raved about the goats cheese custard and the ox cheek at 88. Only slight criticism was the pace the dishes came at seemed a little hurried.

   We had a wonderful experience at Eighty Eight the other evening. We were there to celebrate our friends engagement, and once we were sat the waitress brought us over complimentary Prosecco to mark the occasion. Such a simple but thoughtful and much appreciated touch and it really set the standard for the rest of the evening. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful when we had questions about the menu. We ended up ordering one of everything off the menu and I’d highly recommend doing so, as it was great to try a little bit of everything. The food was delicious and we left feeling the perfect amount of full. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend trying out this restaurant!

   Warm, welcoming staff really made it special. Kitchen dealt with a dietary request without fuss and to an excpetionally high standard.

   Everyone in our group enjoyed the food. It was all very tasty, a particular highlight was the goat cheese custard with sourdough. We will definitely be returning customers. Staff very welcoming and attentive.

   really tiny restaurant, is listed like one of the best restaurants in Glasgow so the expectations are high and the food it was ok, the servers are nice but they do all (hostes, bartender, server, etc)...good restaurant but not my favorite

    Awesome time with the Monday night sharing menu. The food is an incredibly high standard for such a small kitchen, and the wines were first class too. Great team serving us!
