The brunch buffet was amazing. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the made to order crepes was a perfect ending to a great meal. The server and bussers kept our drinks filled and the plates cleared so we could continue to enjoy the meal and the view.

We came here for my son's 21st birthday — his choice. The food was okay, but honestly nothing special. It wasn’t any better than what you'd get at a chain steakhouse, just way more expensive. Service was a big letdown. For a nearly $400 check (and that’s before tip), we expected better. Our server was barely around, and my husband and son went without drink refills for a good 20 minutes. At one point, my husband grabbed an unused to-go box from another table just so we could pack up scraps for the animals. The restaurant was so hot inside — it was really uncomfortable. On top of that, it wasn't super clean, and the bathroom didn’t even have paper towels to dry my hands. Overall, it definitely didn’t feel like an upscale dining experience. We were all disappointed.

The air conditioning was broke and they neglected to call and tell me. It was 95 degrees outside. The streak in the surf and turn was supposed to be a filet, yet it looked like a ribeye. They over cooked it and the steak was only 1" tall. The lobster macaroni was not creamy and did not taste good. The experience was an embarrassment to our guests. We will not be returning!

You’re paying to be able to rotate around a hotel and see downtown Cincinnati but if you don’t come after 8:30 you don’t get to see the lights in Cincinnati at this time of year. The food selection is limited service is not very quick.

Beautiful views and great, yet affordable, food! Wish they would have done something special for my wife’s birthday but it was a great experience overall.

We were looking forward to dining at Eighteen at The Radisson. The views did not disappoint, but nearly everything else was a letdown. For the price point, we expected a fine dining experience. Instead, the food quality and presentation were what you'd find at a fast casual chain. The menu isn't that exciting and there was no special. Service was also underwhelming. The staff wasn’t outright rude, but they didn't go to any effort to make guests feel welcome either. The rotating restaurant concept is unique, and the views are lovely. If you’re considering this place for a special meal, I’d recommend skipping it and heading somewhere that has a better atmosphere and quality.

The food was perfect and the view was great. I had a great experience except at the end. The waitress gave me a dirty look from the register, then confronted me about the tip on the way out. She followed us to the elevator and twice yelled about how generous I was while waiting for it. I have never had such an awful experience.
