   The most difficult part of going to this restaurant was trying to decide what to eat! The options were varied, creative, and all sounded delicious. The food was outstanding, fresh, hot, and incredibly flavourful. This restaurant did not disappoint! We left incredibly full and very happy. The server was polite, friendly and efficient.

   I love Eggspectations and the variety of their breakfast menu. My only caveat is that a colleague and I wanted to get a booth to eat. The Restaurant was not full at all and there was plenty of seats available everywhere. I asked one staff if we could get a booth but he told me that they are reserved for 3 or more people. So I asked if the restaurant gets full enough so the booths become unavailable for them to refuse to allow a 2-person party to have a booth. My rationale is that usually on a Monday morning, when most people telework nowadays, restaurants are certainly rarely full for breakfast. Sure enough, there was no one sitting at the booth by the time we left. I understand the rules but this is a sore point on an otherwise good experience.

   Food is fantastic! The vibe of the restaurant is great. Our waiter was super nice. Everything was delicious. The chamomile tea, go bananas smoothie and the pear & bacon waffle - so yummy. 10/10 would recommend.

   A fantastic brunch experience with great food and excellent service. The breakfast tacos were flavorful and well-prepared, while my girlfriend’s Caesar salad with fried chicken was equally satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable.

   Food was fine; service was subpar. The waiter refused to speak up so we literally could not hear him, and the restaurant was not that loud. And basic dietary accommodations that had been made for our party multiple times as the Maisonneuve location were refused by the waiter without him asking the kitchen staff. The food was fine overall, but we won’t likely return to this location.
