   Our dinner experience at Edson Hill was wonderful. Had the best service and all the staff was so friendly and helpful. The cocktails were so fun and perfect for the season. The food was all delicious and presented beautifully. The dining atmosphere in the tavern was cozy and welcoming. We stayed at the inn for several nights which was such a peaceful and refreshing getaway.

   My husband and I had not been to Edson Hill since I was pregnant with our fourth daughter last year. Ari our waitress was wonderful, this is our go to for date night, can’t wait to return soon!

   Excellent food and service. Best Restaurant in Stowe. A little small and close to other tables. Looking forward to a summer visit on the patio

   Very nice surroundings For our needs,, how can you not have a diet soda Coke? a white zimphedale wine or a reisling wine ? for the sweeter side. a basic salad for choice would be nice. And a bit expensive vs portion . $170 dinner for two with tip is a bit pricy, no appetizers one local beer. Good food.

   The ambiance, setting and service were wonderful. Excellent cocktails as well. Food was very good but not outstanding. I would definitely return and try other plates. I recommend for a special occasion.

   First time visiting. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and wonderful staff. Made our visit extremely memorable.

   The ambience is 10 out of 10! Get there before your reservation and enjoy the seating area. It is not just eating dinner but an experience to sit and relax, a casual yet upscale dining experience. The service was excellent and the menu is innovative and inclusive to all tastes. Ordered an apple and beet salad, brussel sprouts and arancini. All were delicious. After so many small plates we split the chicken entree which was perfect and allowed room for the chocolate and blackberry mousse. The dessert was presented artistically, which we appreciate. The initial taste was different than expected but we left wanting more of that dessert!! The price, while $$$, is not over-priced for the experience. Go and enjoy!
