EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is inspired by Spain’s tradition of eating small savory dishes, typically served with drinks. Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques.     Amazing experience. The vegan tasting menu was amazeballs good!!!! The regular tasting menu was also excellent. Bring your appetite the servings are generous and it so good you’ll want to eat it all.

    The food was delicious, and the service was expert at pacing. Don’t miss the carpaccio in its surprising presentation and the wild mushrooms. The gin drinks are also refreshing and unique.

    They have the best consistency with their food! Always so tasty and plated so beautifully! Enjoy myself every time and leave with a very full belly

    Everything was great! We did the chef's tasting menu and they accommodated for one person who didn't eat meat.

    Amazingly delicious and creative food! I enjoyed a mostly vegetarian meal but did go for the lobster tapa. Everything was delicious. Super nice staff. I highly recommend.

    In a strip mall about 15 minutes drive from the Strip - a great little authentic place with some interesting additions to the tapas menu like Sashimi! Food was very good and the menu was simple which I love.
