EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine
EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is inspired by Spain’s tradition of eating small savory dishes, typically served with drinks. Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques. Inspired by great cuisines around the world, our innovative kitchen’s only rule is to deliver the best combinations, awakening our senses to new flavors, aromas and textures.
spectacular food and the kind if informal service where they teach you about the food, nit just plopping it down
We decided to try the 10 course tasting menu since it was our first time there, everything was superbly prepared, artistically presented, and delicious! Service was impeccable! We will definitely return to enjoy the rest of the menu. What a gem!
Outstanding menu items, well-crafted and full of amazing layered flavors. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and attentive to our every need. Special attention and thoughtfulness by the kitchen in the preparation of my own food to be gluten-free so I could enjoy all the same dishes my party ordered. One of the best meals in town, we will be back. Thank you!
Amazing food. A must try. Everything we had was great and the paella was outstanding.
My husband and I together with our friends who live in Las Vegas were so delighted to discover EDO as we love authentic and creative Spanish cuisine. It's about time there's a restaurant of this nature for locals and visitors alike. Everything was delicious and we are now fans. Bravo!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great variety in dishes and overall fantastic experience.
Roberto and his entire staff gave exceptional service and Robert knew his wine and made perfect cocktails. The food was superb.
Hmmm, if I could summarize my culinary experience in one word it would be “resplendent”. I am a chef, my wife has been a chef and my brother in law is a chef instructor at a private academy outside Boston. We were in town taking a brake from the snow back east and out of all the culinary wonders here in Las Vegas this is bye far the greatest culinary hidden gem experience off the strip “in a strip mall”. Never judge a book bye it’s cover, trust me your senses will thank you!
Everything is just wonderful. Sangria is refreshing and all tapas are delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
Food and service were both outstanding. We are looking forward to returning soon!
Dinner was delicious! Great tapas, nice cocktails, and very friendly service. Hope to return!
Wonderful tapas. Would highly recommend
Really loved the food. Tasting menu is fantastic and a great value.
I am reluctant to share such a hidden gem but this little place, 15 minutes from the strip and in a strip mall is easily some of the best food and service in Las Vegas and frankly would crush it in Los Angeles. These are people who care about doing it right. They are highly engaged, detail oriented food and wine people who deliver fantastic food with intense and delicious flavors out of every mouthful and sip. The owners are workers and you get that sense. We had the good fortune of showing up on the last night of their valentines prix fixe menu and were blown away. This is a place for people who are looking for Michelin star quality. The fact that the prices are reasonable is an after thought. Our group were people very fortunate in life to be able to eat and drink wherever and whatever and all five of us, middle aged men in this case, were still talking about this place the next day. It takes finesse and patience to make little things taste big. These folks do that and continue the great trend of Spanish tapas being high end food.
We had the tasting menu and it was amazing. Will definitely visit again.
Fantastic meal and excellent service. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Drinks are excellent. Just a great addition to the awesome food scene in this great town!
Go and check it out!!!!
Amazing food and service. You won’t be disappointed.
The food was amazing. The service excellent. It is a very small place so a little noisy but well worth it . I was ready to go back the very next day.
Very creative cuisine but not always 100% successful. I would come back. The Iberico pluma was amazing.
Will definite come back. Food was great and ambiance was pleasing. Parking is a problem.
Went for Valentines and had a great first time experience except for one aspect. We ordered the 10 tapas tasting which was quite varied and a great way to be surprised about what came next. Unfortunately, there was little to no time in between tastes as the food just kept coming. We felt rushed. I’m sure it was due to so many reservations for valentines. We would appreciated a little more time to savor and talk about our meal. Next time in Vegas we will try again and hope for a slower experience.
Great place. The service was both professional and inviting. The food was wonderful as were the drinks. My wife and I loved the place.
This was our fifth or sixth visit . Never disappointed with service or menu. The tasting menu is the best way to experience this talented chef and if you are lucky enough he will be adding a new dish for your feedback.
Easy to get to, plenty of parking. When we walked into the very lovely space, the staff made us feel like we were welcomed friends.
There is simply no way to describe adequately the dining experience.
The four of us shared the 10 Tapas fixed price dinner. Each dish was amazing!
It was a fun, playful and delicious dinner. The minute we got out the door we started to scheme our return.
Amazing food and drinks!! It’s a small restaurant with every table was filled so you know it’s good. Once we sat down the ambience made the place feel much larger. The owner was very interactive with his guest, welcoming everyone who came in, he also made sure we enjoyed the food and drinks and gave us a few free samples...true Spaniard hospitality!! I’ll be sure to make a stop each time I’m in town.
Everything about our dinner here contributed to a special and memorable (Positive!) experience - accentuated with a needle in a haystack location and challenging parking. The food and ambiance shines that brightly. We ordered tapas that had entirely new presentations to old stand-by's (Patatas Bravas) and matched/exceeded all related best-past memories and authenticity. The wine list is a welcome curated selection given the Spanish fare. Our shared main Paella Iberico was a new and flavorful twist on traditional versions I've eaten all my life. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, punctual and instructive. Pricing balanced the quality of the food and experience. In a word: Go!
Amazing food and great value! The service was attentive yet nonintrusive.
The restaurant is intimate in size and finding parking in the strip mall it’s located in can be very difficult, but it’s worth it. It was an exciting adventure of flavors and textures. My wife and I ordered 6 to 7 different cold and hot tapas and every single one of them was simply amazing. Even standard tapas dishes had creative twists. Servers were very friendly and took the time to explain each dish and how to dive in. We also tried their three gin and tonics, which were some of the best we’ve had in the city. Not pretentious, but rather simple concoctions that allow you still smell the botanicals in the gin and the aromatic garnishes.
Every bite was delicious! Service was attentive! Ambiance cool!! Can’t wait to go back!
Food was very good but overshadowed by service that was rushed even after a request to slow down. We ordered the 10 item tapas tasting menu and several times had multiple items on the table. Restaurant is very small which made it loud during prime dining time especially with a family with small children in the room. Barely room between tables for privacy from other diners as well as servers.
I would recommend off hour dining.
Every morsel a revelation. Friendly, welcoming service. Thoughtfully selected and well-priced wine list. Brilliant menu, but leave your order in the kitchen’s capable hands and go with the 10-course tapas tasting, an absolute steal at $45. Small place, so definitely book ahead.
Amazing experience! Going back for sure!
The Tasting Menu is the absolute only way to go on your first visit.
Unique menu that is not over the top or trying too hard.
My new local favorite!
Amazing food, amazing service, some of the best cocktails made by Robert. Highly recommend this place. They will take good care of you.
Great food, great staff, small dining area make a reservation.
I see why there are so many rave reviews! A definite must try place. Warning reservations are Highly recommended. FYI it's not all about the Pulpo dish aka Octopus (for my non Spanish speaking friends). Try the Salmon (even if you don't like salmon)
Excellent service and drinks program. Really well executed tapas, although not wildly innovative. A bit pricey, but that's the norm for tapas anyway. The set menu looked like a good deal. Although we did not get it, our neighbors did. Reccomend and would go again.
Our second visit was as superb as the first! EVERYTHING was spectacular and the service extraordinary. You have to save room for the Popcorn Mousse with Shaved Strawberry Ice.
Pre-NYE festivities dinner. Every person touching our table was excellent and engaging.
What a wonderful addition to China Town! Everything was excellent from the service, to the drinks, to the food. We can’t wait to go back
Food was amazing, can’t say enough about the octopus dish - we were talking about still days after. I would definitely come here again. Nice atmosphere, service was great and the sommelier was very hospitable, also.
