Always an amazing meal! And Marysol was perfect as usual!!!
This was our first visit to the Edison. There were so many positives that we are already talking about a return trip. Cocktails were fantastic. Service was incredible including a tip from our server on the best route to the Volta performance. We shared the burrata appetizer and the falafels. Both were wonderful. I could have licked the remains of the sorbet from the burrata off the plate. Our dinners were good but not exceptional. I had the chicken and waffles. I expected the waffle to be crisp and more robust. My husband enjoyed the salmon but did not rave. We shared the butter cake and French press coffee both were delicious. Next time we may just do small plates and dessert. Can’t wait. Would love to see some cushions on the booth benches.
Very adventurous dishes, nothing you’ll find on your regular menu in 95% of the
Restaurants out there! A heaven for foodies like us - lots of the dishes are shareable.
We had 4 apps, 2 entrees and 2 deserts (for my wife and I) and enjoyed every bit of
It! Very good selection of wines and digestives. The NJ apple brandy was delicious.
Will certainly return
Great food. Would definitely go again.
One of my favorite restaurants in Tampa. Amazing, creative and ever changing menu. Fabulous cocktails too.
Food was excellent, service from Jillean was superb and other servers were very attentive too. The dessert was extraordinary with a combination of hazel nuts, dark chocolate and smoked ice cream!! What a surprise and delight. We shall return. Keep up your great culinary expressions!!
Fantastic Valentine's date. Reservations were perfect
Food and drink recommendations were exquisite. It was perfect.
This is a very interesting place. The menu was a little offputting, but we dived in and ordered a variety of things and everything was unique and excellent. Don’t miss dessert. The wait staff was very attentive to allergies and high maintenance older ladies!
Edison is by far my favorite place to eat in all of Tampa. I ordered the New York strip which was cooked to perfection and was loaded with flavor. The shiitake mashed potatoes that accompanied my steak were some of the best mashed I’ve ever eaten. Kudos to Chef Pierola for creating such memorable dishes. The staff were extremely friendly as well. Would give this place 6+ stars if I could.
Our appetizers and entrees were unique and delicious. Coleen provided us with excellent guidance on the menu and attentive service. Will come back again!
Food was fantastic, had to wait a bit for server at first but smooth after that, she was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, I think her name was Clarissa. Restaurant was freezing first 15 min but after several tables complained it was better. Decent wine selection. Ambiance was fair definitely noisy. Will definitely return
We loved the food. I had the chicken and waffles. The waffle was butternut squash tangerine! It was awesome.
Late Vday dinner. This is the best food I’ve ever had in Central Florida.
We went to Edison for date night. We were underwhelmed by the food for the price. We spent about $90/person including drinks. We were served the wrong food, and we were charged for items that we didn't order. The waitress did fix the mistake. Maybe it was just an off night?
Absolutely phenomenal service, incredible food, and nice atmosphere.make reservations.
Excellent staff, the food is very original with amazing taste/texture/color combinations. We decided to just sample as many of the cold and hot starters as we could. Amazing food, can’t wait to go back!
Wow! Hats off to the chef! Boozy drinks were yummy too....#PillowTalk! However, we had to wait for our appetizers a bit too long. I think the waiter forgot to put our order in. We had great company so all was excused. Great night of dining!
Our first time there. So we sampled a lot of small plates -- some things, like poutine and grilled octopus, were okay but nothing I would order again. Others, like the pork belly and yellowfin tuna were delicious enough to make me want to return soon (but maybe without our 9 y.o. in tow -- good date night spot).
We really like EFL. The food is generally out of this World. This time, the food was ok. It was not superlative. It lacked the subtlety of combined flavors that normally separates this restaurant from other Tampa upscale establishments. We’ll be back but I’ll be hesitant to recommend EFL until I know that our recent visit was an aberration.
What a delightful lunch I had!! I had the Black Truffle Caesar Salad with Steak. It was awesome!
I had the Pillow Talk as a drink...so amazing!!
