edison: food+drink lab fills the gap in the dining scene for the neighborhood joint that serves polished, modern world-class food with an everyday familiarity and comfort. A daily, inventive menu that traverses the chasm between haute cuisine and comfort food, each dish will be a bit familiar, but at once modern.

We currently offer reservations in both the main dining room as well as open air dining in our courtyard. The full dinner menus are also available at our bar, which we keep available to walk-in guests.

We look forward to seeing you!

I had the taste menu only the first plate was good the others had no flavor shrimp came burnt like a charcoal and the last dish the corn was the same way the dessert I can’t describe terrible waste of money won’t go back anymore

Fabulous!! My husband and I were stuck in traffic and were late to our reservation. The staff from the wait staff to the manager could not be kinder. Our food came out quickly and we made it to our show at the Straz theater on time. Wonderful experience can’t wait to go back.

Wow, it had been a while since my last visit to Edison, and it was as good or better than I remembered. The menu can be a little intimidating, but everything we ordered was outstanding. Our server, Stephanie, was brilliant. She helped us navigate our drink, wine, appetizer, main and dessert choices. Everything she suggested was perfect. Amazing food, great venue, and 5 star service!

Tale of mixed experience. Good cocktail and okay wine value. Wife's chicken dish a bit too spicy for her but okay...until she got to the leg/thigh which were both very under cooked/raw. They did take away and comp the dish and dessert which was nice recovery.

Superb. The service was perfect. I had the red fish. My favorite dish there. It's so layered and delicious. She had the hen of mushroom and it was delectable. The rum drink was superb.

My service was slow and absentee at times. The meal, was okay; but I expect the tasting menu to be on par with the rest of the menu and it was not. I’ve eaten here several times in the past and was always highly satisfied but this trip was a let down. Coarse 2 was under salted and coarse 4 was over.

The location is good, cool atmosphere and nice ambience. The food was not really worth the price. Some of the dishes had an interesting mix of flavors that I enjoyed but something was not quite right with all the dishes. The octopus was a decent portion, loved the vinaigrette/corn/olives, but the octopus was over cooked. The lamb ribs were well-seasoned with lots of complex flavors, but the portion was ludicrously small - 3 tiny ribs - mostly fat. The Iberico Pork was the best dish and an acceptable portion, but missing the flavor present in the other dishes. Drinks were unremarkable. We had an event so didn’t stay for dessert, but assuming it would be mediocre in light of the rest of the experience. Skip this one.

We celebrated my birthday here based on recommendation from a friend. All four of us were very pleased with our meal and appetizer, and the service was great. We had duck pork belly and the fish of the day and the tuna appetizer.

Everything started out great but our server forgot about us when they got a 13 top and a 9 top. So we had a long long wait after our 4th course. He was apologetic so it was fine but had the service remained the same it would’ve been 5 stars

I’ve dined here several times over the past few years. The food is creative, eclectic, adventurous and always delicious. The cocktails are interesting and amazing. Service is excellent. Edison is a must visit and since the menu changes frequently, multiple visits required.

Absolutely mind boggling how amazing the food was. The depth and essence of every flavor/seasoning in every dish and every cocktail was fantastic. It’s a 10+ Our waiter Brady was also a bartender and he was just as fabulous. It’s a must!

Food is truly amazing here. Love the creative way the put various flavors together and plate unique combinations and/or cooking styles beautifully. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and kind providing excellent service. Drinks and dessert were outstanding!! Excellent foodie experience from start to finish with appropriate prices in a cool setting. Went there with my wife for our eighth anniversary. She has never been there and we had a blast. Got the trial. Lots of different food. Very high quality. Our first time visiting! Went on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy at all. This gave us plenty of wiggle room for some bar time before our reservation. The food was great! A nice menu selection as well! A good selection of cocktails, wine, and beer to choose from also.

We have dined here a few times and recently as a family. We all decided to enjoy the tasting menu and it didn't disappoint! The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and thoroughly explained each course. They change the tasting menu monthly, so it never gets boring. And, they have a great "watercooler" happy hour M-F, allowing the opportunity to enjoy some small tastings of some of their offerings! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Alegra was a great and fun waitress. Awesome vibe and one of the best, most unique meals we’ve had in a while. Everything was cooked to perfection. The Utah Summer is my new favorite drink. Get the octopus appetizer and duck breast if it’s on the menu. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointing. The service and drinks were great but we ordered the scallops with parsnips, and the parsnips are rock solid-not cooked enough. They tried to replace it with broccolini, but that was very peppery. Octopus tasted too charred. Expected better.
