A daily, inventive menu that traverses the chasm between haute cuisine and comfort food, each dish will be a bit familiar, but at once modern.

Absolutely perfect lunch. Would highly recommend.
My fish came out RAW. the other two meals were great. They brought back my fish properly cooked but my other items were cold.
No offer to comp anything. Just followed up to make sure everything was good. I thought not having my fish under a warmer was cooking 101. I just powered through my meal since my business clients were close to done and couldn’t get the waiters attention again.
Service was ok. One waiter running too many tables.
The appetizers were excellent. Beets and oyster plates.
Second time I have dined here. I truly expected more. My first experience was fantastic. This one not so much.
It was an experience for my taste buds! Very inventive and unique experience. I would certainly recommend to anyone!
Great food, great service. Enjoyed our experience very much.
Great food and wonderful service. Always a pleasure to dine at Edison. Love the potato crusted oysters. Unique rich and delicious homemade desserts.
Innovative and delicious food with no pretension. Warm atmosphere. Killer wine list. Jillian was a terrific server. God bless valet parking.
Excellent food, ordered way too much, may just mix starters next time
Salmon, scallop, kimchi starter was delicious
Maybe 5th visit and all have been excellent
Highly recommend! Everything I’ve had there has been delicious!
Amazing food, great service. We had 4 different appetizers and dessert and can’t wait to go back and try the rest! The drinks were also unique and delicious! Very cool place!
Amazing food, even better service.
I am just sad that I live in tarpon springs now and cannot visit as often.
Love this place. One of the best restaurants in Tampa...hands down.
On a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was laid back and casual. The food was delicious and large portions. The quality of food was on point. Perfect meal and a favorite. We will be back!
Our foodie friends from New Orleans loved Edison. Here is his quote “Every item at Edison was unusual, different, and delicious. We had a wonderful weekend. Thanks for the hospitality and recommendations. We are going to return. Thanks again. CEC “ Jeannie and her staff never disappoint!
Can’t wait to try her new concept, Counter Culture.
Had the vegan meal. The eggplant was undercooked but my biggest disappointment was that there were too many competing flavors. It wasn’t harmonious on the palate. The black bean soup was good though.
The service was impeccable. The food was good but overpriced for the portion served. It waa on my restaurant bucket list. I would go back for lunch but order something other than the scallops.
Amazing menu with great variety of choice. I can’t have dairy and there were plenty options and the chef was able to accommodate. Wish the wine menu had more options for wines in the $35-50 range (we drank cab) but it was a great experience. I will definitely be back.
Wonderful & unusual flavors & beautiful presentation, everyone cleaned their plates, delicious!
Food was great. Service was impeccable. Highly recommended.
We made reservations for 8 people. They gave us a table in a room with nobody else in it. Needless to say there was zero ambiance. The food was good but overly expensive.
Every time we go the food and service is top class!
Great food & service, but it was a bit loud for our date night. But still would not hesitate to come back.
If you want a unique, inventive and delicious experience, you must go here. The menu is extraordinarily creative, mixing an array of flavors and textures into an incredible dining experience. The creative drink menu made it even better, as well as the very friendly and attentive service.
We went there for a date night on Friday night. I had the roasted duck, which was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend had the fillet and while it was cooked perfectly, it was tasteless. The wine was decent and the mixed cocktail was perfect. The price was astronomical for the quantity and quality of the food delivered. The overall atmosphere was loud and cramped. The server, although polite, created an pretentious environment.
Both the food and the service was perfect! There was a lively crowd which made for a very fun atmosphere!
We loved this place. Tyler took care of us and I’ll say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had since moving from Miami!
Edison has long been one of my top Tampa Bay area restaurants. It did not disappoint. The new menu is better than ever: updated, fresh, complex without being fussy. Loved it all but especially the shaved vegetable salad, kimchee spiced beef tartare, and the bone marrow (always a favorite). Pre-dinner cocktails and bartender chat were a great start too. Thanks, Chef Pierola, and Edison staff for being the best.
The food was amazing. The service quick, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. The entire staff was wonderful with our culinary adventurous 6 year old. We had a wonderful time.
Food is a little pricey for what you get. Steak wasn’t cooked correctly bad to send it back. Came back without flatware. Won’t be back.
Absolutely sublime food and even more delightful cocktails. Our waiter was informative and dashing. I right jolly chap.
Good selection on menu
Unique and diverse tasteful selections-
Good portions and tastefully seasoned allows for complete enjoyment of tastebuds
Cocktails were excellent and unique
Waitstaff were courteous , friendly and accommodating
My visit to Tampa was highlighted by our visit to Edison. Incredible flavors with every bite... not to be missed.
Once again,Edison never fails to amaze me! I shared an appetizer and ordered the eggplant entree which was outstanding. my friend said he consumed the best chicken and waffles he has ever had!
Great find in Tampa! The food and drinks were very creative and most everything was cooked to perfection, particularly the filet mignon. I thought the Burrata had a bit of a 'crust' which is not typical in my experience with that cheese. Perhaps it was intentional but I didn't enjoy that as much as I typically would back at home in New York. Overall, creative cuisine and nice people!
We dine here often and it one of our favorite restaurants in Tampa, and last Friday was a disappointment. Food arrived cold and the waitress was busy arguing with most of the staff. It was not a good experience.
Best meal we've had in Tampa, hands down. And it's clear that Edison has a values-based operation, as Tyler, the waiter, was passionate and so good at describing the menu and actively trying to make sure we had the best experience. We did. Because he actively cares about the restaurant, we know we will be back. The quality shows at every level- from direct service, to prep, presentation, bussing (very attentive!), and A Tribe Called Quest serenading us as we ate burrata (a must have), raw oysters on the half shell (the horseradish sorbet!) and charred octopus. Clearly the restaurant knows who they are, who and what they care about, and how to show us how to live our own values. Life is about experiences and not things. This restaurant is definitely a worthy experience!
So we met some friends for a date night. The service was great. Everyone was so friendly. Tyler was great-he had recommendations and they were spot on! We had soup and salad and I love the concept of fresh each day. They put us in the back in a booth and we could visit. They made me a wonderful mock tail on the fly and it was perfect! Definitely a fun find!
Creative and delicious food and drinks. Nice vegetarian options. Warm and informed service.
As always, great food!
Great service, awesome food and drink.
Great place for casual dining, good service, and great small plates!
