Choosing where to eat can be complicated and here at Edge we strive to satisfy whatever it is you are craving. Our house made pasta, a burger that will tantalize your taste buds, house made sourdough bread and buns, the freshest of seafood, or a perfectly cooked steak are just a few of the amazing things happening on our menu. Our standards of ingredient sustainability, quality and freshness are uncompromising. Call it farm-to-table, farm-to-fork, farmer-focused...any buzzword that’s trending now. We call it our only choice. Our team works with trusted local farm partners to find the best produce and livestock for our constantly rotating menus. Our chefs are trained to follow plant development from a crop’s earliest stages of growth to its peak level of maturity. Our animals are all raised ethically and humanely and are butchered in-house to make sure every part is used properly. Whole farm cooking. In our kitchen, it’s the only way.

Dinner at The Edge on Saturday night was delicious and wonderful service. Doesn’t need to be a special occasion just a great location with wonderful food.

Worst fix menu. Typical for Peoria IL. Reused and lazy ingredients in multiple meals. Potatoes were burnt, apps were lazy, desert was so so. We asked for house Cabernet and it was 10 dollars a glass. With tip added up to be 200.00 ( I’ve had meals in Chicago for that much that was amazing ) what a disappointment ) oh...and the decor looked like kohl’s had a going out of business sale. Do not recommend.

My wife and I had dinner at the restaurant on 1/25. We have eaten there many times and have had average service but the food has always been very good. This night was the worst and I will never go back. Our sever never asked us what we wanted for beverages and hurried us to order appetizers. She then never came back for another 45 minutes to take the rest of our order. We had to ask another server to take our order. The food did not come out then for another hour. To top things off they ran out of dessert. Failure all around from the kitchen to service. No one gave updates or said sorry.

Went for my first time tonight and the meal was incredible. Great service, cool atmosphere as well! Can’t wait to go back and try something new. I savored every bite because it was THAT good!

EDGE was truly amazing. I made reservations for my boyfriends 30th birthday. I wanted a place neither of us had ever been to, and EDGE beat all expectations. The service was great, the food was not only beautiful to look at but delicious, and the prices were fair. We will be back!

The decor and ambiance was rather cold and stark. The food was pricey although delicious. It is not
some place you'd visit weekly but for a special occasion was fitting. I was a little disappointed. When making the reservation I did write a note that it was a birthday but nothing was said or done about that.

The food was really good! I had the roasted chicken and it was perfectly seasoned and so moist. The mushrooms really added to the dish too. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.

We received excellent service this evening. The waitress was attentive and very pleasant. The food was excellent. The Spanish Shrimp appetizer is a must have. I had that the flank steak salad entree and it was excellent. Chef Dustin came out to greet us. We will definitely go back.

Food and service was outstanding - very creative combos of flavors, absolutely everything we had was delicious and well-presented! If any criticism it would be for the overly minimalist ambiance - a bit 'cold' but honestly some larger and warmer-toned local art would do the trick. Our server, Lindsey, was incredible, and so knowledgeable about the menu, the wines and the pairings with food.

Hummus appetizer was really great. I like hummus but this was a whole new level NY Strip steak was excellent. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. I cut first few bites with a butter knife easily. It was cooked MW but retained perfect moisture- very nicely done!

Looks like they are just moving in .. the tomato goat cheese salad was so so, my steak was fatty and grissly and after ordering a glass of wine to go with my steak the steak came but I had to go track down a member of staff (they disappeared) and have them go fetch it

Not a lot of competition around but I will stick with thyme

Was worth a try though and not ultra expensive

After waiting for over an hour past our reservation time, we asked how much longer it would be. The hostess ( who also was the waitress) said “just a few more minutes” so a hour and fifteen minutes after our reservation we were seated. Once food was served it was good but it was so slow that we were over it.
You shouldn’t accept reservations if you can’t honor them within a acceptable time. Wouldn’t go back

It was our anniversary dinner. There were things I loved and things I didn't care for. We had the burger and the fish. The fish was great but it was on a pile of dill yogurt sauce and it was just too much. The burger had no binding so it fell apart. The cheese was only partially melted and part cold. The bun was ice cold like it just came out of the fridge. Decent experience but I expected a bit more of a fine dining experience for close to $100.

The plate presentation and flavors were excellent. Unfortunately my wife's steak was overdone. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal about the steak being off, however at $40 a steak should be cooked as the customer requests.
