I’m not sure this restaurant is going to make a comeback. The food is not nearly as good as under the prior chef. We had Cacio e Pepe that had too much pecorino cheese, making it very salty. How do you screw up such a simple dish? We also had the roasted chicken which was just ok. Very little seasoning. Served with broccoli that was cooked but cold when served. On the positive side, they did have a small but nice wine list. Our server, David, was very nice, but he was the only server, was seating people, and bartending. I don’t think we will be returning any time soon.

Chef Dustin is no longer at Edge; so simply, don't go. It's no longer well thought locally sourced dinners. It's ill prepared food from a food service it seems

The staff was friendly, the place is really nice, but the food was less than desirable. Was really looking forward to dining here but it was super bland, very basic, cheapest cut of meat. I ordered a ribeye for $39, it looked like a pork chop, very thin.

Respectfully, staff was great. Quick, attentive, and you can tell they cared. A cook had an emergency so they became short so we probably waited almost an hour and a half to two hours to get our entrees. Definitely interrupted plans we had afterwards. The food was ok! I wasn’t wowed. I don’t know if I’ll be back just based on taste.

My wife and I made reservations for a date night at this restaurant. From what we saw on the website, the restaurant appeared to be quaint and upscale. After being seated, the restaurant ambience was very loud and staff seem very unorganized. After waiting over an hour our waiter brought our food. The food was poor quality. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was very bland and noodles had no Alfredo sauce. My wife had salad with chicken breast. Chicken was the same as mine, very bland. At the end of the meal we had to ask other people for our check so we could leave. Overall very disappointing experience. Will never eat at this restaurant again. Definitely not an upscale or romantic place to go and have a quiet evening for dinner.

We had an amazing time last night. Very nice atmosphere and great food. Would definitely recommend the Ahi Tuna and the Charcuterie Board Appetizers 10/10. Sirloin steak and Blackened Salmon were very good. Plus some great gelato and crème brûlée. What made it a special night however was the people. David, our server, and Rosa were very fun and provided great service. Not to mention when I left my Credit Card in the check book they came running out and watched for my car before I could leave. Will definitely be back

Due to the pandemic, we haven't been to Edge in years. It was nice to go and see what has changed. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our experience. We'll go back.

We had a wonderful experience at The Edge. We dined there on a Saturday evening and the dining room and the bar were both completely full. Despite the big crowd, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was vibrant but not overly loud, and the table spacing made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The cocktails were perfect (vodka martini and the smoke on the water old fashioned). The food was delicious - bruschetta, sausage fusilli and blackened salmon. One of the best restaurants in the Peoria area. We highly recommend.

We were a table of six. There were a few other large parties at the same time, but we seemed spaced out well enough that overall the wait times were not bad. We started w/a charcuterie board - it was amazing: the presentation and variety on it were photo worthy! Four of us had a salmon dish - cooked perfectly. One had a pork chop - very large cut of meat but kind of fatty (not sure of this is common w/pork chops). One had a NY strip - she also enjoyed that, and it was cooked appropriately. Dessert was cannolis and a gelato - both hit the spot after the meal. Thank you for very nice night out with friends!

12/9 Four of us arrived at 6:30pm. Ordered a bottle of wine and dinner. Did not receive the wine we ordered. A very substandard Caesar Salad arrived at 7:15. Entrees arrived at 8:10. Though well prepared, the entrees were incredibly small, like tapas-sized, though they don’t offer a tapas menu. For what we received $215 was an exorbitant bill. Never again.

Overall, we were pleased with our evening, and with our dishes. We should note that the only vegetarian options were on the pasta menu, and that the "no dairy" menu restriction on one of our courses still came with cheese sprinkled on everything. We sent it back, and the replacement dish came fairly quickly, but we were disappointed that the allergy restriction wasn't caught. Our waitress definitely noted it.

Was in Peoria for the Star cross country this year again. We ate at Edge last year and it was wonderful! This year the same went for the food but the service was awful. It took over an hour to get our entrees. The wait staff is clearly under staffed and stressed. I got the impression our waitress was just plain avoiding use because she know how horribly slow the food was coming out - which makes this worse. Great find - just needs more help

Food and service were terrific. Kitchen was a bit slow, but better than being rushed. Noise level was unusually loud…not the restaurant’s fault, just a number of larger groups. Hiring Christopher as the new manager is a plus!

Had a most enjoyable dinner with friends. The food was excellent: two had 5 peppercorn cacio e pepe, one had rigatoni bolognese, and one had salmon. We started with mushroom paté and marinated Spanish olives + feta. The salmon was rated as the best our friend had ever had and the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed our pastas and would order them again without question. Look forward to going back to Edge soon!

Very tasty olive appetizer followed by a salad and delicious pasta entree. The wine choices very excellent for the price. Decided on outdoor dining since the weather was favorable. Moderate street noise. Server was efficient and friendly. We will return.
