Eden Hill Provisions
Super kid friendly. Really impressed. My son is well behaved considering his age at restaurants but this time he was so well entertained by the books and toys that were readily available, it was amazing! Food is, as always, great. Been to Eden hill restaurant was never disappointed. This was no different.
We loved the meal but had obviously looked at the wrong menu on the website as not as expected.
Because of my husbands allergies there turned out to be not much choice for him...no fault of the restaurant but maybe the website could be clearer on the menus belonging to separate restaurants belonging to the same company on the same street.
Service was excellent, food and wine when chosen delicious.
Noise levels were high but to good tasteful music so bearable.
Great food. Fairly priced. Good wine list. Limited menu but everything was delicious.
After a pretty disappointing (i.e. snobby service ) experience at their mothership restaurant, was delighted to see that aspect of Eden Hill really turned around in their new space. We were warmly greeted, tended to promptly, and thanked multiple times for our patronage. Servers were knowledgable yet humble and it felt like what a Queen Anne restaurant should offer - intelligent service with a casual vibe. Thank you for that and welcome to the neighborhood!
Food was very good to excellent - beautifully prepared and served, delicious, but not fussy. Serviceable wine and beer list . Caught sight of a children’s menu that looked better than most and probably accounted for the large number of families on a Thursday evening. We were too full to try dessert but could see ambling over some evening from our Queen Anne home a special treat....the beauty of a neighborhood bistro.
Prices a bit on the higher end for a bistro experience - however, it’s not everyday you can have quail served so magnificently.
Excited they’re here...we’ll be back.
Excellent dinners and perfect service. We will be back often.

The food here is amazing! We had unusual combinations of flavors both in our meal preparations and in our crafted cocktails. The service was upbeat, friendly and very helpful as we made our selections. We felt like we were treated like royalty. Our only complaint is that the room was very cold. Outside temperatures were in the 30's and the main exterior wall is glass. We have already recommended this place to friends.
We are New Yorkers with pretty sophisticated taste and high expectations. We'd read the review of Eden Hill Provisions in a recent issue of SEattle Mag and decided it woud be a perfect lunch spot to try while exploring Queen Anne. The menu was interesting but accessible. The experience and creativitiy of the chef is obvious. However, there were problems in the execuation that really botherd us. The Brussels sprouts were interesting and generous although very sweet and we love sweet/salty. Could have used a big squirt of lemon or vinegar to balance. We ordered the burger and the po boy so you can tell we're not shy about fat/frying/flavor. The meat in the burger actually tasted spoiled and we're very aware of brisket based burger mixes. Couldn't eat it. The cheese was cold and there was no sauce to tie it all together. The fries, on the other hand, were excellent --- cirisp and well done as requested. The po boy had lovely elements but it was so big that it was impossible to eat as a sandwich and there wasn't enough dressing to turn it into a knife and fork sandwich. We noticed another towering sandwich (yes, we tend toward food envy) being delivered---the blt--- that also seemed to stump the diner who had ordered it.
As DH said, "....they definitely know how to cook here but they need to sort some things out," On the positive side, the space is very cool, the server was super helpful and (as involved grandparents) we loved that there were diapers in the rest room. The big question is would we go back? Not sure, but hope these comments help with other diners' satisfaction.
Though I wanted to like this place I just could not. Firstly the menu is not at all what is online. I realize menus change seasonally but it doesn't take much to maintain and update a website. The cocktails were fair, it would seem a manhattan should not be difficult to make correctly. I had the shrimp toast appetizer, it was horribly dry and tasteless. For an entree I had the artic char, it was barely warm and placed on a plate swimming with cool leaks, capers and a yogurt base which only made the entire dish lukewarm at best. I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend this restaurant.
Went for brunch with friends on a Saturday. The host and servers at Provisions are amazing! So friendly and welcoming. They really made the whole experience worth it. The brunch was good, but not sure it is worth the current price point. There was an issue with water dripping from the ceiling onto our table and heads. Not a big deal, our server moved us to a different table immediately. The thing that made the situation most disappointing, was the response from someone in the kitchen when our server told him about the dripping water. This person was clearly irritated about being told and said loudly enough for my friends and I to hear “we are well aware and it is only condensation.” Condensation or not if they were already “well aware” of the dripping water why were we seated there.
We came here for a celebratory meal with our parents the night before our wedding. It was one of the best meals any of us have had in a long time ! Our server, Christian, was outstanding and had everything we asked for promptly arrive. Every other staff member that interacted with us was friendly, genuine, caring, and talented at their job. We will definitely be back here again shortly and recommend it to everyone who is asking about where to go in Seattle - go here !!
Big Max burger was supposed to be the best burger in the city. It wouldn't even crack my top 10! Also they make their own ketchup and its terrible.
It’s the best food in Seattle! Thank you Eden Hill!
Excellent food. Relaxed Modern French cuisine for singles and families with a creative zest without sacrificing excellent taste. Great combination. Decor could muse better mood cozy lighting. Too bright.
It was good, but they need to fix the climate control system. It was dripping on us all thru dinner.
Was hoping to find an A quality spot in my neighborhood but I stand ....
Sound system poor
Menus were crumpled and stained
Chairs and decor could’ve been higher quality
Food was decent but a little overpriced for what it was
Wine was good
Staff was very friendly
Decent place for a casual bite but not a place I would visit for out of town guests or special occasion
Great food and service! Just tried it the other night. The wine was great, dinner amazing as well as dessert.
Fun menu, family friendly place and excellent service. This is a great addition to our neighborhood.
Went to have the burger which I’d had at dinner before and it was off the charts. Brought my family to lunch and was very disappointed, the burger was not juicy, the patty seemed much smaller and did not come close to the one I had before. I was very disappointed .
What a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding and the passion for the restaurant was evident. The burger and chilaquiles were phenomenal. Our lunch not only filled our bellies, but also our souls. Thanks everyone!!
We frequented Eden Hill and were so excited when they opened Eden Hill Provisions. Same great quality at an affordable price makes this spot a regular dinner date spot. The food, the drinks, and the service never cease to impress. Highly recommend!
Very very hopping and noisy on a Friday night. Staff very friendly and enthusiastic. Some of the dishes are a little kooky and overthought, with strange combinations of flavors. Overall, the meal was excellent and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood.
perfect pretheater experience with attentive staff, great food, food served quickly (but not hurried) Portions generous, so lend themselves to being shared, which was great as we wanted to taste everything!
Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor! The brisket was delicious and the carrot salad was so interesting. We will definitely be back!
Food was amazing as was service. Ambiance was very nice. I wish that restaurant would not automatically add 20 percent to bill. Price for hamburger was very high. Fries were top notch. Overall a happy experience.
Looking forward to going back with friends and family - can't wait!
Great food & atmosphere!
Bartender Christian is makes amazing drinks and is very personable. Great service!
Fantastic food and service! The food is delicious, inventive and well presented. This is a great way to experience the great food from Eden Hill in a more relaxed and approachable environment. Service was great especially from the Host and what seemed to be the manager or maître d'. Highly recommended.
Very nice neighborhood experience. The provision part is a little gimmicky...you can‘T see any of them after dark?!
But didn’t come for the take-away jars, the food is excellent-served with an enthusiastic smile. Nice craft cocktails, good thought in a very limited for today wine list, more importantly, fresh ingredients prepared well.
I rated high on the noise not for level but more on proximity...the tables are pretty packed...use it to advantage to see what the others are ordering...not to discuss that last Thanksgiving family feud...though from a close distance it was pretty funny....neighbors!
We wanted to try somewhere new for brunch this weekend, so we thought we’d give Eden Hill Provisions a go.
Right from the start the experience was great, the host actually read our notes requesting a high chair for our 2.5 year old and the table was set and ready.
The menu had several brunch dishes that I wanted to try, between the Wagyu hash, Chicken and waffles and a couple other staple options, I chose the fried shrimp and smoked cheddar cheese grits. My wife got the crunchy French toast with a side of bacon, and we got scrambled eggs for our little one.
Everything came out looking great, obviously a high level of attention to plating and details. Even the simple dish of scrambled eggs for our daughter was exceptionally prepared, with the perfect balance of butter and salt, topped with dill and chives – its a simple dish, but the number of places that mess up scrambled eggs is mind boggling.
The attention from the wait staff was great, they anticipated our needs for an additional plate to share some items and were attentive when needed.
If you have a kid, we’d recommend Eden Hill, they’re well set-up to cater to families, with high chairs, toys, and a stable of rocking horses (for real), including a well-stocked change table in the restroom.
We’ll definitely be back to try some of the other mains, thanks for a great brunch Eden Hill! 🙌🏻
Excellent service and food.
If you’re looking for a homey atmosphere and fantastic food and service, this is the place. The staff and chefs are all amazing and friendly, the food is impeccable. Try their pancakes with their banana reduction, you won’t regret it.
Great service and great food. But WAY TOO LOUD. A new restaurant, and seemingly like every new restaurant ever, they have hard parallel surfaces that magnify the sound. And then of course they play music to force customers to shout over the music. When will restaurateurs learn to turn off the music and let customers talk to each other at a comfortable volume?
Its fine. But it is by no means great. That is painful to write as I consider the Eden Hill restaurant to be the best restaurant in Seattle. Having eaten there over two dozen times and always being thrilled and impressed, I could not wait to try their take on comfort food. Unfortunately, the experience could best be summed up as "fine".
I had the Max Burger, which is the headline dish. The burger is good, but there really is nothing special about it. I can easily name 30 places in MO or KS where I can get as good or better burger. I realize Seattle is more expensive then the Midwest, but when charging 3x the price, I am still expecting something more. Perhaps the experience was a let down because of the fries. They were disgusting. Nothing more than cheap frozen fries with what appeared to be garlic powder added to them. They really were a let down and detracted from the overall burger experience. A nice hand-cut fry would have been a much better experience. As it was, I did not even finish the fry's they were so off-putting.
If I had bought this meal at a football or soccer game, I would have thought it was fine with a cost fitting the venue. But in a spin-off restaurant from the best dining experience in Seattle, I truly wanted and expected more.
I will not be recommending or returning.
This is a place to eat, not to dine. The servers were all very friendly, but TOO attentive... they rushed us through our meal. Our appetizer arrived 5 minutes after we ordered it, and our drinks didn’t arrive until we were halfway through our appetizer... at which point our entrees arrived. Clearly they want to get you in and out. The food was okay, nothing spectacular... the fish and chips were more batter than fish, and not a generous portion. The fried chicken was a huge portion and quite good. This appears to be a “kid friendly” place with toys and games offered for kids, so expect to have kids/babies as part of your meal and don’t anticipate a quiet, peaceful meal.
Delish food and friendly staff. Food is decadent- so I would only wish for more veggies to balance rich delish entrees! Great local place that we're grateful to have in the neighborhood.
The food is fantastic all around. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower chilaquiles were the table favorites!
Great service. Fabulous ambience. Delicious food.
A very satisfying bistro and a happy addition to dining options on Queen Anne Hill. Reception by the staff and their attentiveness is especially noteworthy.
Everything was ‘ok’ which is fine but I think I had higher hopes for this spot considering it took a while to get reservations. Service was friendly but really slow; we really enjoyed the pretzel, Brussel sprouts and burger but the fries were underwhelming.
