Eden Hill Provisions
We wanted to try the new “Provisions” space and had a pleasant time. I ordered the Parisian Gnocchi and what a delight! Wow. My other half had the chicken and reported that it was good if a little too salty. The special pretzel roll was tasty but rather dry. Crab cakes were a nice texture and flavorful. We didn’t LOVE the bright lighting nor the radio-style music, but understand the vibe they’re going for. It’s great to have another nice place to dine on QA hill!
I'm was already a big fan of Eden Hill, so EH Provisions was on my list to try. They did not disappoint. Since it was our first time there, we did a family style of way too many dishes, but was able to sample the cauliflower, brussel sprouts, gnocchi, waldorf salad and an amazing meringue dessert that was so light and delicious. Can't wait to go back and share the burger along with other items. The tables were tight (like you could take a bite of the person next to you), but the conversation and room was lively. It didn't affect our dinner. Two thumbs up!
This restaurant manages to be casual yet special at the same time. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here because we wanted good food but didn’t have the time to do a 5-9 course tasting menu. Eden Hill Provisions did not disappoint - classics executed with a nice twist!
Great bistro to compliment the eden hill brand
The food was fabulous and the staff was great (and patient with our party of 8)
All the food we had for brunch was excellent, French toast sticks were awesome.
Brunch was delicious. Staff was friendly and the service was consistent throughout the meal. Love that it was family friendly.
Destined to be a must-go restaurant -- terrific on all counts. Welcome to the neighborhood -- although my guess is that it will attract customers from all over. Congratulations, team! You nailed it in less than two weeks.
Finally, a good brunch place in Queen Anne. Great food.
Love having a neighborhood spot that serves the whole family. Good food for adults and approachable options for kids. Drinks took quite a bit longer than expected to arrive after ordering, but all else came in appropriate amount of time. Delicious meal! So glad to see the brussel sprouts on the menu!! Would suggest sending kids burger to table completely plain - no condiments - and either asking if they are wanted or sending on the side. Thanks!
Amazing flavors! First time I’ve ever booked my next reservation while still in the restaurant!
I know this is a new restaurant and there’s a lot of potential. I came here with a friend for a post work snack. We shared the burger and the French onion soup. Beware: the soup is nothing like what you are likely imagining. No cheese. No goo. No salty delicious broth. It honestly reminded me of onions you put on top of a bratwurst. The burger was delicious, super tasty. The interior is cute. Not actually that family friendly as it was touted. The tables and chairs alone are not conducive to any children seating. I’ll give it another shot (I live in the area and there are promising things) but was definitely underwhelmed.
Great new addition to the Queen Anne restaurant scene. Amazing food, ambiance, and service. Very family friendly and a perfect place for a friends’ get-together.
We went to Eden Hill for Birthday celebration and this place exceeded our expectation in every way. Their set menu was totally worth every penny. We sat at the bar and we really enjoyed the outstanding service provided. Everyone was accommodating and good conversationalist. That and amazing food definitely made a memorable evening. Will definitely come back to try their a la carte menu.
What a fabulous dining experience! Quaint, intimate atmosphere, complemented by a wonderful server whose descriptions of the dishes were eloquent and spot on! Seven expertly prepared courses that were also visually satisfying made Eden Hill a wonderful experience!
Easily the best high end meal I’ve had in Seattle. Loved every bite, and sip!
Max is a genius at creating beautiful and unique culinary adventures. I highly recommend the Chef's Tasting. Always fresh and tantalizing!
AWESOME! One of the best tasting menus I’ve ever had! The entire staff knew the program! Absolutely solid!
We enjoyed a coursed dinner with wine parings. Utterly amazing! Server was very attentive and informative. He did an exceptional job of explaining the food and wines that paired perfectly. Wonderful service and excellent food!
A favorite go-to spot on Queen Anne, have been there three times!! Only "complaint" is that it was a slightly warm evening and the dining room itself got rather warm (we retired outside for after-dinner chat), but that aside it is a delightful place!!
We celebrated our 35th anniversary at Eden Hill. Not only was the food and presentation exceptional, the personalized service was such a pleasant surprise. The awards are well deserved!
Anniversary dinner. Accommodated our window seat request. Server promptly brought up our special evening making it very personalized. Food was amazing. Waldorf salad was excellent. We did a la carte style. Great service. Wife was happy!
Loved the menu and the beautiful space. Would def recommend and would def go again. Thank you.
The decision to eat at Eden Hill was a thoughtfully made one. I wanted to take my good friend to a special place to celebrate her 40th birthday. Eden Hill seemed like the perfect dining option with a tasting menu.... reviews mentioned excellent food and a warm atmosphere. The night of our dinner it was still extremely hot outside and the restaurant did not have air conditioning so it was a bit warm inside, but not unpleasant. However, if I was a hostess and a server for the entire restaurant one might get hot although it’s not a reason for how our evening started.
Upon entering and being seated, the hostess/server was not very friendly. She wasn’t rude but definitely not friendly. Part of working in the hospitality industry is being nice to customers especially if it’s a restaurant of this caliber. So that put me in a bad mood to start and very disappointing. However, I tried to not let my anger show as I didn’t want to spoil my friend’s dinner. At the end of the dinner she had noticed the attitude of the server from the start as well and she was also displeased. Throughout the dinner the server’s disposition did improve and she was even very accommodating when I did not like my drink and she tried so hard to get me one I liked so that was a bit redeeming, but starting off on a bad note just kind of soured my evening. We had the chef’s tasting menu. Many of the dishes were exceptional, but the main entree and the dessert dish right after the main entree was so so. This is not my first tasting menu. I’m from NY and have eaten multiple times at Gramercy Tavern and every dish is exceptional with service that’s just as exceptional.
Overall it was not bad, but definitely some areas for improvement. For the price, I spent $354, I should feel like it should be a 5/5 restaurant, but I just don’t and I waited to write this review so that I could reflect some more and make sure my review was an accurate depiction of the evening.
Don't question it. This place is a home run!
Food is always amazing, staff is friendly and wonderful.
Intimate French restaurant on a quiet neighborhood street in Queen Anne. Food and service was excellent. Restaurant is intimate, but tables are quite close unless you get one of the two in the window. Therefore, private conversations can become public with your neighbors. Ingredients are very fresh, including salad ingredients grown in their own garden. Excellent wine choices and spot and knowledgeable servers. I also like the fact that the chef/owner stopped by to check in on us. We'll be back!
This restaurant is great for small friends gathering, dates, or even occasional personal restaurant crave.
Staffs are friendly, dishes are well thought through.
OUTSTANDING food and waiter service, ambiance and venue were very nice too. And not at all pretentious. We had the chefs 7 course surprise tasting menu with pairing wines. Exceptional!! And Chauncey was superb! Thank you for a great evening
Great spot. Best service ever. Loved the Waldorf salad and rabbit gnocchi. Cocktails are some of the best and the drink menu is wonderfully witty.
We wished we would’ve ordered from the à la cart menu instead of doing the tasting menu. We both felt for the price the food should have been the best food we have had. We both left hungry and a little disappointed for the price that we paid.
This hidden gem at the top of Queen Anne Hill is AMAZING! I have done the tasting meal twice and each dish that comes out in this seven course event is more incredible than the previous dish. They are innovative, artistic, flavorful and the restaurant caters to your likes, dislikes, allergies and food types. My brother was visiting me and claimed, following dinner, that he would fly from Boston just to eat at Eden Hill. He is a big foodie so kudos to the chef! I will be back again with friends and family.
A few flies were in the restaurant the entire dinner time, around 2.5 hours.
Nice intimate space, attentive service, utterly fantastic food
Amazing birthday supper for my wife and the family! Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and the food was superb.
Simply amazing. The food and service is both outstanding. Tasting menu is amazing also blind but they take into account allergies and preferences. A la carte menu is amazing as well. The fact all the chefs get to have an input on the menu is a very cool thing. They’re all very talented, smart and, passionate. 69 out of 10 would recommend.
Gently fried cauliflower simply delightful.
Crabmeat ravioli great presentation; a lot of crabmeat; not necessarily distinctive flavors
Candy bar meat dish (sheep's head was it) interesting, pretty almost too cute; too much deep fat fried
Brisket really nice, flavorful, sweet and not sweet, too much fat on top. By this point, we had eaten too much.
Can't wait for the new shop up the street on our corner!
The food is outstanding, interesting, delicious. This venue is very small, so few tables, a bit cramped, and when we were there, totally full, and ... hot and stuffy. Reservations are a must, as this is one of those very special Seattle places where the food it 5 stars, unique, mouthwatering. The service was top of the line, as well. Consequently, it is rather expensive, but I felt, worth it.
Beautiful space! Came here on a recommendation and was over the moon impressed. Tasting menu was perfect. Thanks for a lovely anniversary.
I thought the food was good. The venison especially was very surprising and delicious. I really liked the ambiance and design of the space, and the wine pairings were fantastic. I was caught off guard by the final check, which was edging on something much higher end in terms of food and experience, like a Canlis. I will go back but will likely do the a la carte menu and a bottle of wine next time. It's always fun to do a tasting menu though!
