We had a very lovely time at Eden. We were getting together for a girls group. The cocktails were great. Our server was so wonderful. Very informative, kind, and attentive without being all over us. The food was very good. I especially liked the eggplant agnolotti, the tea brine pork chop, and the roasted sun choke. I will definitely be back.

We came in for my birthday. The experience started out really good. The appetizers were great! My dad and I went with the servers recommendation which was the pork chop. We asked how it was prepared and he said medium. We told him we prefer it medium to mid rare. Nothing is worse than an over cooked dry pork chop. Well...both of our pork chops were over cooked, well done and dry. The flavors were good but the chop itself was so dry. When we told he server, rather than taking ownership and fixing the issue...he told us why sometimes the pork chop will come out over cooked. I said if this was a nice piece of beef at a steakhouse the mistake would be remedied. Not such at Eden. He didn’t even really apologize for the kitchens mistake, bring out a manager, etc. We were just left to eat our over cooked $33 pork chops. I worked in the upscale service industry for almost 10 years and this is the opposite of how the situation should’ve been handled. We would’ve definitely come back and recommended the place to others but NOT now.

The food was good but the service was a little uneven. We ordered our food at 8:20pm (with two rounds of small apps) but did not receive our mains until 9:45pm at which time we had been sitting for awhile with nothing... we asked our waiter when we could expect to receive our mains and he replied something to the effect of, "oh yeah, I noticed you hadn't received them"... ok, so you noticed but you didn't check with the kitchen or check in with us?! I hate to be one of those diners who complains that the food took too long since I personally like to linger over dinners, but I also have a babysitter to get home to at a certain time.

This is a good place for groups of 4+ and it's also very family friendly - they have high chairs and there were several small children & babies dining with their parents while we were there, which doesn't detract from the overall sophisticated feeling. Cocktails were delicious also. I'd go back and would recommend to others.

Incredible deconstructed meals....appetizers, excellent....pasta, excellent, main course, excellent....desserts, EXCELLENT! KUDOS to both chefs, however we were blown away by desserts...already planning next group get together at your establishment. Lastly, wait/bussing staff...Excellent also. Other than the loud atmosphere (being situated in an old factory is quaint but some soundproofing would be nice--had to shout at times to hear one another)... everything was PERFECT. Bravo/brava!!!!

A really great restaurant in a surprising location! Just around the corner are a few breweries too so it would be great for getting together with friends or for a celebration of some kind. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

So noisy, no door protection for the cold air getting into the near tables, meat dishes were the favorite, everything more show than flavor

Food, cocktails and service were great, but the noise level was very high. Bad acoustics or something was causing an echoing feature and made it difficult to hear conversation at our table. Our waiter was very attentive and wonderful, but he had to be very loud when he spoke to make up for the ambient noise.

Went to Eden before a Bulls game. I was looking for a healthy restaurant to avoid eating at billy goat! Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Food was amazing! Rodney our waiter was great and very skilled on the menu! My friend and I split a few of the apps and I got the steak for my entree! Omg! Soooo good! Will definitely go back. Loved the atmosphere, menu, wine list, and staff! And we were able to walk to united center after!!!!

This was my third visit, and I'll keep coming back. I've brought a different friend each time, and everyone has been so delighted. It's top-quality food in a no-fuss atmosphere at incredibly reasonable prices. The food is absolutely satiating. It's my new favorite. Being a little off the beaten path makes it that much more worthwhile.

We went there for the first time for Sunday brunch. Why I took one star off is because they need the improve their coffee— it was a shame that their coffee was even worse than regular diner coffee. and inside has to be better air-conditioned, air inside felt stuffy and smelled like food. Also, they should decorate the tables with real plants/flowers.

Wow! What a great brunch in a truly gorgeous atmosphere! My friend and I go to brunch just about every Sunday at a different restaurant in the West Loop neighborhood. Not all of them are worthy of a repeat - but we can't wait to get back here! I had the crepes, she had the quinoa cakes - both were delicious. Coffee was great, frose was strong, service was warm. As for atmosphere - it was like eating and drinking in a sophisticated, but charming Anthropologie-esque greenhouse. Loved it!

Parking! It's always great when we are able to find parking in a gated parking lot to enjoy a wonderful meal. We booked on opentable and our table was ready for us within 5 minutes from us arriving. We came straight from a wokout class, and although we wanted to shower and get ready, we felt at ease walking in to Eden in gym shoes. The food was delicious- I had the steak and eggs. The steak was grilled perfectly and wish there was a bit more steak on my plate instead of potatoes.
