   Great food and fantastic service. Would have been a five star review if it were not foe the fact the toilets were poor. No loo roll in the womens and hand drier not working. Hand drier hanging off the wall in the gents and toilet blocked.

   Lovely attentive staff and the Sunday roast was amazing. Really beautiful restaurant, will definitely recommend.

   Need to do some staff training or recruit competent staff. Manager dodnt have a clue what was going on, service was horrendous. 3 tables in and we waited 45 mins for lunch whilst the manager who was on shift sat and had his before serving paying customers! The place will be closed within 6months through lack of enthusiasm, training and poor turnover!!

   The restaurant was empty yet service was very slow. Under the fish was like mush the starters was lovely but let down by the main.

   Wine (house red, Shiraz) was served at the perfect room temperature, the waiting staff were extremely helpful and the food was delicious. One 2 bad points (and they're not really bad!), 1, was on the mains menu, not a lot of vegetarian options, and 2, a mint would have been nice with the bill. Otherwise, worth every penny.

   The booking at the Eden Restaurant was to celebrate my wife's birthday that day. After being seated we were completely ignored by waiting staff which resulted in me having to go to the bar not once but twice to ask for a drinks order to be taken. It was waiting service only. Later, when a waiter came to take our drinks and food order we questioned the fact that the menu differed from that which was shown on the internet in that a choice of sea bass or salmon was available on the that menu but not on the menu before us. The waiter said that there was no fish available that evening. I remonstrated with him because we specifically booked the restaurant on this occasion because of its fish options as neither one of us eat meat products. The waiter said he would go to the kitchen to make sure his information was correct. As it was an open kitchen we could see that the waiter was in deep conversation for some time with the chefs. He returned and said they could find one piece of salmon and one piece of halibut. As there were three of us we had no option but to abandon our night out at the Eden and leave the restaurant without having a meal. The waiter apologised profusely saying he was having all sorts of problems with the way the restaurant is being run not only that evening but previously. To make matters worse, it was impossible to talk to anyone by telephone at the restaurant that day or previously, to either make a booking or receive basic information, as several attempted phone calls always ended up the same way, in an answering machine advising you to book a table on line. There was no excuse whatsoever for the mismanagement and the fact that no-one in a senior position came to speak to us says it all. In my opinion your company should review its association with the Eden Restaurant

   Was one of the best Sunday dinners we've ever had. Everyrhing was tasty and cooked to perfection. Can't wait to come again.

   First visit to Eden and we will definitely return. The restaurant looks beautiful, service was very good and the food excellent. Had 'surf and turf', the steak was delicious. Very good value for money especially with special deals.

    When we arrived I was taken aback by the loud music and the fact nothing on the website menu was on the current menu, but once we sat down and the food came I was really impressed. The food was delicious, good portions and the staff could not of been more friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone, really good value.
