We will be back. We had brunch and everything was perfect. Anxious to try the dinner menu and some of the yummy sounding cocktails. If we didn’t already live in Hot Springs, we would be staying in the hotel.

We had a reservation for 6pp at 5:45. We felt rushed the moment we got there b/c waiter insisted that we order before a large table they had. No drink order until after our food order. Our friend’s steak was rare instead of medium & it was sent back. I order a salad with chicken & champagne vinaigrette dressing. They put dark meat on my salad. First time ever that salad didn’t have white meat. I don’t eat dark meat & the dressing was horrible. Milky & not the ordinary vinaigrette. Just disappointing because we enjoyed brunch there & was looking forward to experiencing dinner. I won’t be back for dinner nor will I recommend the place.

We love to spend time in Hot Springs and I enjoy researching and finding new places to dine. I found Eden in my search and booked brunch for 11:00. We were greeted as soon as we enter and taken to our table. The restaurant is on the first floor of beautiful Hotel Hale. Our table was under the glass ceiling, and we had a view of the wall of plants and the bar. It is eclectic and airy. The owner and server both greeted us and gave us a very helpful tip that they had just seated a large group and if we could decide our entrées quickly we would behead of them;) Luckily we had discussed the menu on our drive from Sherwood. After placing our entrée order we decided on the breakfast Old Fashion and they were great! My husband got the house ground steak burger and loved it! He said it was a great quality of steak and had a spicy pimento cheese and shoestring fried onions. It came with garlic pickles and a side of crispy breakfast potatoes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and I consider my a self appointed expert of Eggs Benedict;) I thought Eden’s were outstanding. The poached egg was perfect, the yolk was runny but the white was not. I often find poached eggs are not cooked properly… the applewood smoked ham was a delicious twist and I really enjoyed the sides of fresh fruit and breakfast potatoes. I also can highly recommend the Lotus Spritzer. Our service was outstanding and both owners checked on us throughout our meal. We were very impressed and are planning a trip back for happy hour.

My wife and I consider this to be one of the best restaurants in Hot Springs. No longer. Appetizer (pork rolls) was highlight. We are non-meat eaters and the selection was poor. We settled for the pesto linguine dishes and the pesto sauce was terrible. The following day my wife returned and gave the owner a fresh Pesto and Basil recipe she makes at home (from the restaurant we owned 15 years ago).

The experience was overall pleasant, but there was a lack of a welcoming atmosphere and the wait staff was hurried and not able to make the experience personal. We ordered wine and appetizers, so I am not able to comment on entrees. We had calamari, goat cheese bake and a flatbread. The goat cheese bake and flatbread were very good, but the calamari was fair. The atrium dining area with a skylight was pretty. The owners were present but they did not take time to engage with the guests. The wait staff did their best to make the experience enjoyable.

Food and drink were very good. Service was less than exceptional. Waiter was a bit rude and not very attentive. I would return for the food, but lack of attention from the waiter keeps me recommending. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Coming from a larger city, I thought the food would be phenomenal for the offerings and prices we saw on the menu. Did not even come close to the quality or taste we are used to. I guess if you set your expectations differently, you might enjoy it. Pros- drinks and table bread was good. Waitress was sweet and very attentive

The food and drinks are delicious. There is so much attention to detail and everything looks as good as it tastes. The staff is kind, accommodating, and helpful. We’ve been to Eden several times before and will continue going. It’s definitely our go-to restaurant when we are eating in Hot Springs.

Surprisingly wonderful dinner at Eden! We are staying at the Hotel Hale and I reserved the Eden restaurant for our first dinner knowing we’d be tired after driving in from Houston, TX. We started with the crab cakes, then had the Chicken Picatta and Pork Tenderloin for mains, and finished with a Goey Butter Cake washed down with a bottle of Rombauer Chardonnay. Everything was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and skilled. Highly recommend Eden during your next visit to Hot Springs or for locals looking for a special spot!

We wish we had visited at dinner, as maybe the esthetics improve the experience at nighttime. . Not as pretty for brunch as a I imagined, and for us, too loud. The space is small, and lots of tables. The waitress was very apologetic every time, but service was slow. Food was alright, but again, considering the overall, we could have skipped it.

It was with a bit of trepidation that this reservation was made, given the location in the middle of the tourist district of town. However, the food was wonderful. Very eclectic menu which can accomodate most dietary restrictions. Definitely will return. We had a wonderful time.

My wife and I dined here for our anniversary. We showed up early for happy hour. The cocktails were good. After that, for dinner I had a seafood pasta special with pomodoro which was very good. My wife had a filet that was outstanding. Service was very good (thanks, Robert).

The server Robert was very personable nice and johnny on the spot. Food if I could give it a 5 1/2 I would. One of the best meals I have had in a Long time. Even though we went for a special occasion, it was a great value.

Excellent food. While the menu is limited, the chef does a great job with what they do prepare. Goat Cheese Bake appetizer was wonderful. Filet Mignon dinner was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We will definitely come here again. Wine list is a little limiting but priced very reasonably .

This restaurant has a nice quiet atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and the staff was wonderful and very accomodating. My husband and I made reservations for our anniversary and we were not disappointed at all! We even got seated a little early.
