   We made a dinner reservation just an hour before dining here. They were pretty busy when we arrived so we’re glad we made a booking. We had a nice dinner with the most amazing garden salad, which included lovely greens, avocado slices, beets, tomatoes and more. It was super fresh and really a bargain for nine dollars. Shhh . . . Don’t want to say that too loud loudly as I don’t want them to raise their prices!! One of us had the RahmSchnitzel with spätzli and broccolini & the other opted for the three course meal which started with a plate of bresaola and salami and olives and pickles, and then a main course of Schnitzel with Rösti. The dessert was a Toblerone chocolate mousse.  the meal also include two beers and two glasses of red wine. The total came to $177 AUD. The chef even came out after our meal and sat with us and chatted for a few minutes. We had a really wonderful evening and we’re glad that we dined here.

   The food quality was fantastic and the servings are generous. We really enjoyed the fondue!

   Great European/Swiss Ambience - fantastic food. This is a hidden gem in the centre of the CBD. Authentic Swiss Cuisine - even better than in Switzerland.

    My experience at EDELWYSS was outstanding. Impeccable service. I loved the comfortable booth seating. All the food was delicious. I was so full after starters and main course but just had to try the Toblerone mousse. Can't wait to go back.
