Now well into our third decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavorful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty.
Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”.
Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington’s kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer.
Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870’s). After two major renovations, an addition of the a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.

    Myshrimp linguine was exquisite. The owner James makes certain to speak with each table ,checking to ensure they are pleased with their food choices . According to the gentleman in our group , the “STICKY TOFFEE “ desert was the best he has tasted ever! Warmth , caring,and ambiance best describes EDDINGTONS in Exeter,Ontario.

    We celebrated our anniversary. First time at Eddingtons. Service was fantastic, food was so delicious. Such a beautiful place. We will back. Thanks for making our night special!

    The Chef's Special Tenderloin dinner was delicious. My husband had the Truffle Sacchetti Pasta and raved about it. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner memory. We will be back!
