                        What a experience we had in Eddie V’s , we believe In Darden family restaurant and as a stock Holder took dad for this birthday, server she was very new and no experience I can tell but she try her best to, order lobster bisque not Gazpacho it come out cold , so it was a red flag for the other items so instant of having Wagyu steak I order Tuna steak , we were waiting for the party to Join I called them and ask them it’s not worth the Darden restaurant we have been . My dad order fillet special  it was tough and very chewy . We are expected manager, and stop in our table for a table touch. He was just busy standing in a bar doing nothing We order bottle of wine to start and finished in the middle of our meal, we’re looking somebody to come so we can enjoy other bottle of wine with the meal the Server come but we had finished our meal again I did order second bottle of wine but we land of bring back home . Definitely when we finished everything GM stop by. He was very friendly, but we did not mention anything to him. We just say we are OK cause it was our time to leave the restaurant..

                        The food and service were excellent. Everything was prepared according to our request and brought to the table in a relaxed manner. We did not feel rushed or as if we were waiting too long. We will definitely be going again. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It was truly an amazing dining experience!

                        Landon was an excellent waiter, kind, always checked in with us, and delivered each course spaced out perfectly. The exceptional service from the front check in, seating and each staff member, exceeded our expectations.

                        What a wonderful dining experience! From start to finish, everything was spot on. Our server, David, was as good as it gets—professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of our order was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was clearly prepared with care and flavor in mind. Bravo to the entire team and management for creating such a standout experience. We’ll definitely be back!

                        Overall experience was disappointing. Service was slow, could be a function of the fact that they are recently open and still working out the bugs. Quality of the food was good not great. Expected better. Hopefully things will improve with time

                        We recently learned that Eddie V’s had opened and decided to celebrate my wife’s retirement there. It couldn’t have been a better choice. We have recommended it to friends, and are planning to return with them soon.

                        Gina was a great server. Food was very good. Live entertainment every night. Made our anniversary dinner special. Looking forward to the next visit.
