    Excellent steaks, had actual flavor and cooked perfectly. You’d think this was the norm at steakhouses, but it’s anything but.

    This higher end establishment is well worth the money. Food and service were superb, as was the selection of seafood - the oyster selection alone was outstanding. I was traveling alone and celebrating a belated birthday; the staff went above and beyond to create an enjoyable experience.

    Let me start by saying both the service and the manager were great. We started with oysters (they had a great selection) and they were yummy. Plus a Caesar salad which also was great! There was some confusion regarding the Ahi tuna entree. My guest wanted it without any sauce and when he explained, it came with only the removal of one versus both sauces. I’d give that one to the restaurant as my guest should have communicated no sauce at all. He loved it when it came back cooked and prepared as he preferred. My Parmesan crusted sole was good without a WOW factor. It was bland, lacked salt and seasoning and the sauce was too, bland! Fish seemed very fresh and was good, but overall not great. The crab fried rice had a spicy kick to it because of the red pepper flakes. The menu did not say anything about the spicyness. Shared with the Manager, he agreed, and took it off our check. Dessert menu, not inspiring, so we passed. I’d definitely go back again.

    Absolutely wonderful experience. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday who has food allergies and we felt comfortable with their ability to accommodate her allergies. The food, service and ambiance were on point. Looking forward to returning soon.

    My husband and I found ourselves without plans for our anniversary due to a mix up with our baseball tickets. I booked a last minute table at Eddie V’s. The staff went out of their way to make it special. The food was amazing. the drinks and atmosphere were both the best. We loved the experience and when we come back to Pittsburgh, we definitely be dining at Eddie V’s again.

    Our food was great. Service was lacking. Our waitress was knowledgeable, but drinks were empty often, dishes were left for quite some time, and we waited for food and drinks for a quite a while.

    Overall good. I did like my fleshy thick oysters. I requested small ones. The salmon was overcooked and very salty. Bread great. Martini great. Very expensive. Noisy.
