Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     This was the worst experience we had. The service was horrible, the food took forever and then came out wrong!! They offered us complimentary dessert and coffee and never brought the coffee. Not worth the overly expensive prices. Will never go back.

    The staff is always amazing and food and options for happy hour are fun. Live music was wonderful, as always. They find excellent talent.

    Always pleasure to dine at Eddie v’s in Paramus, this is the best location, I’ve been to others in Boston, and Texas and the experience isn’t quite the same. The service to top notch, Eric the manager is always there to make you feel like family. The service team is very attentive. I highly recommend this location

    Excellent all the way around. Fantastic service. Shout out to Eric for taking such good care of us. Food was wonderful. Great Father's Day lunch!

    Really enjoyed the food, drinks were good, however the noise level gave me an headache. Of course, it was a busy Saturday night but it sounded as if I was in a fast food chain. I like the ambiance, the dress code should be enforced. Customers had on shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, and I felt overdressed. Overall, no restaurant is perfect and they are highly recommended. Clinton was our server and he was very attentive.

    Food was awesome, there for our wedding anniversary, service was top notch, our server Angel made the experience so much better!

    Our most recent visit to Eddie V’s in Paramus, NJ was perfect! The service was outstanding all of our dishes were served at the same time, along with the time between appetizer and dinner was just right. Multiple times our server, Brandy, asked us if there was anything that we needed. Our water glasses were always full, and usual the food was excellent well worth the expense. I would highly recommend Brandy as your server and we will request her the next time we visit. when you're spending this kind of money for dinner, you want the experience to be special and it was true once again for this visit to Eddie V’s. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant whether it's a special occasion or just to have a great meal.
