Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     Our most recent visit to Eddie V’s in Paramus, NJ was perfect! The service was outstanding all of our dishes were served at the same time, along with the time between appetizer and dinner was just right. Multiple times our server, Brandy, asked us if there was anything that we needed. Our water glasses were always full, and usual the food was excellent well worth the expense. I would highly recommend Brandy as your server and we will request her the next time we visit. when you're spending this kind of money for dinner, you want the experience to be special and it was true once again for this visit to Eddie V’s. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant whether it's a special occasion or just to have a great meal.

    We had a wonderful time at Eddie Vs. our waiter Richard was exemplary and helpful without being intrusive . His suggestions were right on. Food delicious. Very accommodating. Will definitely be returning for more special occasions.

    Food and service was very good. An outdoor fair, utilizing many parking spots surrounding the restaurant and an extremely long valet parking line, made this visit very frustrating. Our 7:15 reservation turned into a 7:45 dining hour. We started eating at 8 PM and didn't leave the restaurant until 10 PM. There was a long delay between appetizers and entrees (30 minutes), not sure what the caused the problem. But they were gracious in offering us wine or dessert to compensate for the delay. We were in a hurry to return home so we did not accept their generous offer, but we will return.

    Food and service is excelllent. Valet parking is a cumbersome process.

    UPDATE: We came back again after the general manager explained what the situation was the last time we were here. So it's great to see that the service was excellent food was superb and we will definitely be coming back again!!!

    It was beautiful more than beautiful. My fiancé enjoyed his self. Yeah I prepared it very well and romantic for him for his birthday so thank you. Me and him will be coming back very soon.

    My husband and I have been going to Eddie V’s at Garden State Mall for 3 years. What we noticed during our reservation last night was that the garden salad was withered. We did mention this to the server. Then my husband’s steak came out well done, he ordered the steak medium.The manager did try to rectify the problem by offering him another steak but he didn’t want it. We instead settled for a dessert that complimentary. We ordered: 12 oysters Garden Salad to share One Lemon drop 1 NY strip Medium Well with crab cake enhancement 1 NY strip Medium Crab fried rice
